@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

It's the 3rd time in row faced similar issue. How much it affects WFH @JioCare has no idea. Every time technician visit change the cable with old cables available with them and after few days again same issue. #Disappointed

My Jio Fiber connection in Kolkata is fast but I am getting very high latency on almost all servers! This is really difficult when I an trying to play competitive video games! Alliance has much better latency compared to Jio and I want this ping issue fixed @JioCare pls help

@JioCare completely useless customer support. My fiber is down from last 2 days called numerous times. Till date no resolution provided. The standard of Jio is steeping to a new low. CCEs working WFH. Unable to provide promt resolution. Very poor performance.
