    @reliancejio Totally waste of money from middle class people. We facing continuously bad network. By the government of Maharashtra has decided to take the final year exam your network was totally useless very bad from u r side.

    @JioCare No Aishwarya, when three different payment sources successfully process the payment and yet the recharge is unsuccessful, it clearly shows that the problem is at Jio end. Get this resolved ASAP.

    @JioCare If there isn't an delay in resolution, why such time of 19 days and all such time was only due to repeated complaints at multiple phases. It was the case even engineer not being assigned for the initial days.

    Facing very poor network coverage in the Kollur Mookambika Temple area. Signal is extremely weak and calls/data are not working properly. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. @reliancejio

    Customer to @reliancejio advisor? What is your name ? Adv: Starts with 4th alphabet,5consonants in between,ends with 24th.Meaning moron..My father gave me this name..LLP 😡😡 Come what may,will speak everything non-sense except the solution! Customer abuses,call disconnected.

    7th DAY of follow-up and still complete radio silence from @JioCare. No technician, no update, no change in installation status. Is it standard procedure for @reliancejio to take money and then ghost customers for a week? Worst onboarding experience ever. Order No - NO0001COICZ6

    @JioCare When my old connection will be uninstalled from home ? Dear Customer, UNINSTALLATION appointment of your JioFiber connection with Order no. CO0001R8LEDZ has been scheduled on 08-Apr-2026 between 10:00:00- 10:30:00. No one came yet till today no calls
