Dear @reliancejio @JioCare its been 5 days since we are unable to use internet in our locality. Can't even get in touch with your CC service as your customer care support number keeps ringing n unanswered for more than 30 mins . Very disgusting. Resolve asap or we will switch.

@JioCare It is unfortunate to write complain before such network. Because from my Jio no. Number starting with 1800 i. e. Toll Free numbers are not getting dialed. it is confirmed that with other Jio no. also Tall Free No. are not getting dialed. If so I must discontinued Jio No.
