    @reliancejio Totally waste of money from middle class people. We facing continuously bad network. By the government of Maharashtra has decided to take the final year exam your network was totally useless very bad from u r side.

    My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

    @JioCare Hey I got sms already that service is restored but problem is once I got that sms, my service stopped. Before that it was working normal, so I think because of restoration my line got cut. Hope it’s easy for you to understand my situation now @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare If it was a 1-time offer, WHY did your official WhatsApp send a link for "Rs.707 for 60 days validity" & accept my money? You can't take payment for 60 days & then deny the service. Adjust this bill for 60 days, or REFUND my Rs.707 immediately!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service. Account: 520173108292 ₹1000 advance not honored, no April bill, forced recharge (expires in 2 days), and false 50GB usage shown. Fix this immediately, or will escalate to the consumer forum.
