    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio not getting the desired speed at this location (Maximum 200kbps tht too one in blue moon) I need an solution for this made many complaints before complaining from one year

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

    @JioCare @TRAI In 199 plan Jio is charging for platform services. Customer care agreed and accepted that it was incorrectly added. After 4 months of following up, it's not adjusted so far. If you pay excluding platform services then your outgoing will be barred. Pathetic trap!!

    @TelecomTalk Network problem is too big in jio they not improving 4G network @reliancejio in my area signal is too weak i also compaint but still no solution

    @JioCare I have been ported to Jio recently, post porting I am facing an issue with both WhatsApp and Telegram calls connectivity. These are running fine over Wi-Fi. @reliancejio please solve this issue, i have never encountered this before.

    @JioCare hello jio I had applied for Jio Fiber service but service is not available in my building so I took my permission from the society NOC as per your service provider advise after that they said it will take 10-15 days to do so it's been 2 years, but till now the service...

    @reliancejio in my sim card there is no network for few days , also when i call that number it tells the number you have dialed does not exist, sometimes it say not in service

    I think @reliancejio @JioCare is not interested to give me postpaid connection .It's being more than 16 hours when I requested for a postpaid number on website. @airtelindia seems to be the best when it comes to prompt reply and service .
