    @JioCare Jio Fibernet people are ridiculous & Worst fellows, no one will work & no proper Support or Call back from any Idiot. They are Shameless. Simply messaging we have escalated to higher department & Even all the Staff Members are Worst, my humble request to all of them don't take.

    @reliancejio jioTV not working properly after update…..every channel is stuck in portrait mode and doesn’t play in landscape mode.Tried your customer care service it is more pathetic as they disappeared without resolving it and said it is resolved….

    I am using jio since starting of the company.but still got low speed even 1G in evening . I have contact many time to CR .they alway say you problem will resolve soon. quiting jio @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @airtelindia kindly note that I’m very disappointed with the behaviour of suraj Singh who is a senior staff in customer care service. I’m billed for a number for which I’ve already requested to discontinue on 3rd July. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Are you understanding the problem..! Even after the escalation. The problem is not being solved. Day by day they are rescheduling the appointment and no service engineer is calling me. This is really a worst service I have ever came across. @jio_fiber @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare In the last 23 days all you have been doing is creating new tickets and then closing them falsely after some time. No quality control and no appellate authority to complain to. Just terminate these connections and refund my amount.

    @JioCare I am again surprised . Is it the trend of JioFiber to not attend the failure/connection issue and simply send a message that "visit has been rescheduled as per your request" ? I haven't request for any hold or rescheduling. Will you attend the failure or I should other ways ?
