@reliancejio @WhatsApp Its takes hugeee time to download any media in WhatsApp, like pics. Internet working good So, its a issue from WhatsApp end? Or jio is facing bandwidth or anything such issue with whatsapp? Or you both having some issues with each other? Please resolve.

@JioCare My JioFiber went down last night. A service engineer was supposed to be here at 9:00, which was later re-scheduled to 9:45. Well, it's 12:00 now and I've gotten neither internet nor engineer Will this at least get resolved by today evening?

@JioCare yesterday I raised the complaint regarding jio fiber relocation still nothing only rescheduling As from 3 feb the relocation schedule is changed every day till date 11 feb, who is responsible for the days i have lost as I have a active plan.

@JioCare Our WIFI connection is not active since 1 pm yesterday (10th Feb). The Service Request Number is SR000018S1JR for JioFiber connection (JioFixedVoice Number +918079684311). The service engineer was supposed to pay a visit yesterday at 9:30 pm. Please look into this asap.
