    @reliancejio Totally waste of money from middle class people. We facing continuously bad network. By the government of Maharashtra has decided to take the final year exam your network was totally useless very bad from u r side.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio not getting the desired speed at this location (Maximum 200kbps tht too one in blue moon) I need an solution for this made many complaints before complaining from one year

    @JioCare But for the past 1 year I have been using the same name for 4G and 5G bandwidth. I haven't faced this issue ever. This issue I have been facing for the last month .

    @JioCare "Dear Jio Team, ​When I am paying for an unlimited 5G pack, it is your responsibility to improve and expand your network connectivity. In your response, you mentioned that building walls affect the coverage and that the phone will switch to 5G wherever available.     @JioCare I am not able to talk to your customer care even...what is the procedure to close this connection and what is the amount i will get as a refund from my last recharge..plus guide me what is the compensation for loss of this 3 days of services?

    in some countries companies can’t spam you with calls/messages for every little thing meanwhile in india if your recharge expires: 10 calls, 20 messages, 3 reminders per day wtf is this? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service

    @JioCare I have Ordered a new SIM card from online to its been a month no update on this no call no message here is the order number NO00015DEJVT I have paid amount of 349 amount as well this is too worst service that to be in Bangalore City.
