    Very disappointing service by @JioCare. My JioFiber plan is active till 7 April, still ₹32.27 is added to my bill. I emailed support but no reply, and when calling there is no option to connect to an agent. Please fix this and remove the charge. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I think this is the time people should know how your customer care works. I got a call from your Jio executive that he will deliver SIM to me but has to share OTP, I did share. Then he shared and came to deliver after 2 to 3 hrs later. Meanwhile I got a call from IVR.

    Hi My friend Order jio new number 6 days before still I am not received any feedback form jio I am not expected this service from jio @reliancejio ,I am always recommend to person jio ,but now onwards I think I need give advise take another company sim ,please t request to jio

    My money is stuck in my bank account and I cannot access it. @JioPaymentsBank @JioCare has blocked all outgoing transactions on my account with error RE068 even though my account is active and the balance is available.UPI IMPS NEFT and debit card transactions all fail instantly
