There is a issue with the loan and the zest dispute team said they will wave of my processing fee and the zest coustmer support say they can't wave off a processing fee they are playing with me worst coustmer support with zero knowledge and they wont understand

@JioCare @Ranaji101 JioCare/Reliance Jio service is POOR as compared to Airtel. For eg., PREPAID Airtel SIM continues to give SMS facility ABROAD (without global roaming charges), but Reliance Jio users can't receive OTPs and other messages on their mobile phones as SMS facility STOPS working.
