Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Yuvraj Shrivastava (@yuvraj_71) reported@JioCare I was told the technician would reach within 30 min of scheduled time, yet nobody came. I didn't receive any call. I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.
