Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

I have a video showing the 5G ODC and machines are already installed at the Moti Rafudad (361170) tower. Just tell your network team to come and fit the antenna! With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
