@JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

@JioCare Aaryan I am still awaiting a resolution. The are in charge infmd last evening that the external work is over. Now they hv waiting to send techinician to my res to check router. Please confirm the same and send someone ASAP as my complain is since 19 Apr Jio router 022-35509150
