    @JioCare @WildHun12115936 @DoT_India You all(@JioCare @reliancejio) don't do anything. Same issue is in my area also. I might have given about 100 complains, still no improvement.

    @JioCare My jio broadband connection was cancelled on 18th February made it through your jio customer care. They were told cancellation was done. But February 18th & I was made a two times contacted to your customer care service But now your care people siad that cancellation on 7thMarch

    @JioCare No response from the engineer team even after fixing appointments multiple times. I log a appointment and they just close it without fixing the problem tried contacting them personally they just say that tomorrow your Problem will be solved but then again no response.

    Installed jio fiber yesterday but I’m unable to browse internet trying to contact with customer care but didn’t respond. Waited 15-20 minutes on live chat but there was no response @reliancejio Very poor service @JioCare
