@JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

@JioCare Anyone seeing this tweet. Please don't go for jio. More concerned towards profit than customer service. I strongly recommend everyone please don't go for it. Assuring to refund for last 2 months while i asked them disconnect their pathetic fiber service within 3 days.

@JioCare whole day internet speed used to be very good, as the evening starts internet gets very bad then i complaint jio. Then internet speed gets resolved. It occurs everyday. So do i need to complain here every day?
