    @JioCare After all this defines that company is doing worth less talks , all details of customer are with company still biggest telecom compay playing with customer say customer are more in area so net is slow , this is said to everyone who use jio @DoT_India @TRAI what are agencies for

    Hi @reliancejio.... I have been completely helpless with your network, repeatedly I have been into customer care but there has been no improvement in my network in my area and moreover to add to your knowledge there has been a setup of tower.I’m complaining in consumer forum.

    Your Network is too fast for my phone your network gives 8G speed in 4G Network, my phone can't handle this, it's 5kbps to 10 kbps speed in 4G Network And I think Airtel can't beat this speed in 4G Network @reliancejio

    @JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.
