@JioCare Due to your low quality service (specially 4G data speed) and worst customer care experience I had started the porting out procedure for my jio number. Really disappointed with the service and customer care of jio. Soon shall port out another jio number.

@JioCare 1 call recd at 3.27pm from Jio Fibre. They just asked the problem of connectivity and That's all. Is this the service you are providing to your customers??? And what about your assurance that it will be resolved within 24 hours?

@JioCare I would like to get this escalated to the senior management and it would be appreciated if a manager can call me up. All the call center reps apparently have escalated the issue & put in a request for a manager to call back & I haven't received a call to day. Tmrw would be 8 days
