    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @JioCare Your service request number is SR00001B6U82. You will receive an update by 27/05/2022 at 12:18. This is old SRN - not yet resolved. I want a permanent solution, not a temporary one. For the last 2 weeks, we have been facing internet connection issues.

    @JioCare Any person who buys a connection, buys at a cost ab to Aisa lag raha hai jaise free mei baant rahe ho, koi value nahi hai customer ki. Itne din ho gaye no one responds. I have even message you personally with all details but all waste

    @JioCare Jio team, Your service engineer came late for one day. Why i have to suffer for that? Jio team needs 5 minutes to install a new device and 1 second need to disconnect the connection.
