    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

    @JioCare team..still I have not received refund for the cancellation...after several calls to jio care no satisfactory resolution done...Pl tell that refund will be provided or not. If yes... when!?? How much much more years I have to wait for 807 rupees.... Very bad experience

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently. say no to jio

    @JioCare U r also bad service than Airtel.. Last 2 days no one executive call for internet connection.. And here already suffer from airtel now u r also same as like Airtel.. Will going to local vendor like GTPL.. Thx for gave such bad service before taken connection..Hahhaa.

    @Airtel_Presence I don’t understand why you charge for replacing the DTH box. If the box isn’t working properly, whose fault is it and why should the customer bear the cost? It is better to opt out and choose another @JioCare @BSNLCorporate
