Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. My Jio number is 7976432749, and an ₹899 recharge plan is currently active on it. I am using this SIM in a 5G-supported (5G-compatible) device. The issue is that the internet is not working at all on this number. Neither the 5G network is visible, nor is there any data connectivity. I am currently at a location where the 5G network is fully available. This is confirmed by the fact that I have another mobile phone with a different Jio SIM; at the same location, 5G is working perfectly and delivering good speeds on that other number. This clearly indicates that the problem lies with the service associated with my specific number (7976432749), rather than with network coverage or the device itself. This issue has persisted for quite some time. Despite multiple attempts, the internet remains completely non-functional, causing me significant inconvenience. I request you to: 1. Immediately investigate the service status of my number, 7976432749. 2. Restore internet and 5G services immediately. 3. Explain the cause of the issue and provide a permanent solution. 4. Provide appropriate compensation for the service disruption. Please treat this complaint with high priority and resolve it as soon as possible. Kindly contact me if necessary. Thank you.
