@JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

@JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@reliancejio @JioCare My jio sim didn't have good enough network to provide the service what you have been charged for. I have recharge it yesterday again and today the network goes down. When I got a 2 line in my jio sim, I filed a complaint with Complaint No. MR00016IGNOQ.
