    Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

    So, it’s been a month since i have reg. for the Jiofiber and everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled on this day for Installation but jpr team forget that they have appointment. But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

    @reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP The Jio fiber 30 days free trial scheme is just a fraud as jio refuses to return the deposit of Rs.1500 once the connection is cancelled rather they harass the customer so much that eventually the customer is left unpaid with the representatives turning rude & vocal.

    @reliancejio choose your jio fiber services and pre paid too, it was my wrong decision. Plz look into your service, worst in terms of speed and connectivity

    @JioCare Engineer came but the speed was fine now. He mentioned that "black modem" might be the problem. when we asked to change the modem, he mentioned we need to upgrade to 1099 plan. we are Ok to upgrade but our subscription ends in Feb. Can we upgrade now and not waste feb balance?
