In outskirts of shimla, at Ghanahatti (kufridhar), As electricity goes off, jio network vanishes. Many customers have dropped from jio for the same reason here. Kindly check. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
