@DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

@JioCare Pathetic service in 04 month have changed 6 sims and several complaints, still jio team unable to solve my problem. Only try jio if you are lucky, or else it’s a waste of time.

I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

Attention @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup . In outskirts of shimla, at Ghanahatti (kufridhar), As electricity goes off, jio network vanishes. Many customers have dropped from jio for the same reason here. Kindly check. Complaints filed many times already.

@JioCare Since Jio cannot provide service in my home, Jio has initiated cancellation+refund. Jio person came 18 days ago and collected all devices from our home (SR No:778691453835). Shared bank details for refund with him. 15 days ago,DMed the account details to Jio rep. No refund yet.
