    @reliancejio either you stop calling yurslf No. 1 cmpny or imprv your network & internet speed. If you couldn't provide us the very basic intrnt srvcs then btr you shud shut down and shud start sellng onion & potatoes. You are bcmng frustration day after day! #reliancejio

    Absolutely third class Internet service being given by #JioFiber Internet not working again and this is the third or fourth complaint in a span of few weeks. Don’t know if they even have competent service techs available. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi jio . its been more then 17 days abd this refund is not proceed. Refund of Rs. 1500 has been initiated for JioFiber Service ID 299956400834 to your bank account number ending with 9397. The refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours

    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. My JioFiber internet is down since 10 May. Complaint raised on 11 May but still unresolved despite repeated date changes. Engineer visit is now scheduled for 15 May. This issue is badly affecting my work. Please resolve urgently.
