Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

Cancellation took 20 days, refund is still pending after 10+ more days. Every call: “Wait a few more days.” Pathetic.
