    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI worst network and internet we are facing.. even jio customer care has no answer for it.. we have full network with LTE+ strength and videos buffer.. calls have disturbance... days have come fr JIO to get on down trend...

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not sure how hard I can laugh. Fact is I'm unable to call Toll free number of @IndiaPostOffice through @airtelindia. However I could reach the same number through @reliancejio Wah Bhai Kya service hey.. do note I have balance as well but still not connected

    It was enough. Previously, I have connected four devices to my Airtel Mi-Fi with excellent speed at any point of time but it is not, from past two weeks. I can't continue work from home with this worst speed. @JioCare can you call me tomorrow to port all my numbers(family plan).

    @JioCare very low signal of 4G Jio at Bhavanipuram police 2 area , in Siddhi Apartment, H B colony. Kindly resolve the signal issue as videos are not streaming.

    @JioCare So what you should improve your capacity. You are increasing your tariff rate/ recharge pack price but not improving your capacity. Those who have purchased long validity pack how they port it’s loss of customer.

    @JioCare The issue is resolved in the morning. But, the interaction between customer and organization shouldn't be a bot all the time. Humans should be there to resolve the customer issues beyond FAQ's

    @JioCare i had done payment for my jio fibre connection n the technician was supposed to come in morning then he said he will come in afternoon after that he switched off his phone. Such a poor service by Jio Vijaywada. fooling people.

    @JioCare worst network in my area. Even we can not open websites for news. Frequently crashes. Do something improve capacity to handle more numbers of users. I have recharged for one this is the only reason for writing this tweet.

    @JioCare I am seriously fed up with this situation. I paid ₹1,200 for the relocation request in March—March. Since then, I have received no communication or updates from your team, which ultimately forced me to book a connection with Airtel instead. Whenever I contacted customer support, I either received no proper response or was passed around without any resolution. After months of frustration, I had almost given up on recovering the amount. However, about a week ago, I received a call from a representative (Abirami - +916382952311) who assured me that she would help process my refund and that I would receive the amount by June 2. Since then, every time I try to contact her, my calls are disconnected, and my messages go unanswered. I have reached the end of my patience. I expect my ₹1,200 refund to be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no option but to pursue legal action and escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear update on the status of my refund. @TRAI
