    @JioCare Few actually resolve the issue and few only pretend to resolve! The jio team tries to troubleshoot in messages which can be seamless over one phone call but they are too busy in not serving properly to their crores of customers in this way! Pretty disappointing!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had the worst jiofibre experience. the service person at my area 831013 (Pankaj Pandey)took deposit and setup amount and its been 5+ days since no one came for the setup. He refuses to refund my money as well. Please take action

    I had very worst experience with @fiber_jio Its been fraud am willing to make a fraud complaint @reliancejio I was informed that the message received on date:24th April 2021 stating that my jiofiber connection is confirmed and very soon it will activate. I paid rs 1500 cash also.

    Hey @JioCare a lot of villages are getting 4G+. But our village still does not get 4G+ network. Airtel has already rolled out this functionality. Kindly update services asap and provide us with 4G+..

    @reliancejio very poor customer service. Too many false promise in tele customer service when I report the issue. I have recharged using my Jio App,Rs 4,718/- by MISTAKE on 29th April at 2.38 AM.  Have called back immediately and told them that it is a wrong financial transaction
