    @JioCare How ridiculous? You have closed the service request created on 30 th June without resolving. N it doesn't even appear in my jio anymore

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have logged several complains via email and call since I have installed jio fiber at my place but haven't received any resolution yet. Have tried to reach out to engineers and local management but they either don't answer or are too rude.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Once an engineer visited but all he did was check router and inform me that there was nothing wrong and there was nothing he could to fix my problem. Agitated, I searched for local manager's number contacted him.

    @JioCare it’s been almost a month since I discontinued by fibre connection and yet the device pick is pending. I get daily rescheduling messages of the pick up but there is no visit. Is this the customer service @reliancejio is known for?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had installed jiofiber at my place around a month back and had been facing connectivity issues since then. I logged several complaints via email/customer support but haven't received any resolution yet.

    I request @reliancejio to please start your broadband services at Agrasain Street, Liluah Howrah. Already your services are available till start and end of the lane. I am already using @airtelindia services but I am fed up of it's services and customer support....
