    @reliancejio not only run for Raising funds and selling shares even you need be serious about cust service, Network issue nd retaining customers. Pathetic network at Vizag Sujathanagar, AP. But ur team says live with it, Nodal officer absconding since May 7th as there is no reply

    @JioCare Before implementing "True" 5g, have "True" comitted professionals in your CS team who understands & address the core issue than eager to pass the bug, by sending a cut and paste reply.Take a little more time but be result oriented.Thanks.

    FeedBack..@reliancejio Today went to purchase New Sim Card @MyJioStore. 3 E-Sim customer's irritate the executive & others customer After which some customer went out from store without purchase. @reliancejio Plz CHARGE for E-SIM.🙏 So that u not loose other Valuable Customer

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @geekyranjit uploading is really bad in @reliancejio also the network drops and call drops is kind of annoying no doubt amazing downloading speed but 4-10 Mbps uploading speed seriously????
