    @JioCare @reliancejio Really having a tough time with jio fiber been more than 3 days no one came even after raising two service request pathetic service .And the worst part is that they don't even provide good service in cities and they plan going to villages. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!

    @reliancejio what a rubbish customer support you people have. Just called to let myself confirm my doubt about any kind of sim swapping scam on my number, and the customer care person cuts the call in between. What an audacity! Such ridiculous attitude over such serious issue!

    Very bad services provided by customer care executives, as my number was deactivated and I want to activate it, as all my business and personal accounts are linked with the number, and they said we are unable to help you in this. Very bad services 😞 @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @devusinh @DoT_India My friend's bsnl sim was issued in Kolkata and he lives in Lucknow since 2016, his phone got stolen last week, he went to @JioCare they immediately issued him a new sim but at BSNL they are saying go to Kolkata , we don't issue other circles sim. Seriously Pathetic.

    Hii, from last 2 days I'm unable to use jio fibre services bcoz of technical issues. All my works are being affected by this problem but nobody is listening, I've been calling customer services but all they do is postponing dates. Plz help ASAP! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Inyernet still bad performance since 2 years in my area. I stop using sim and observing moderate by recharge rs 117/- something. Care said same answer low internet during crowd at one place. I'm still using @BSNLCorporate since 2010. It's fine than #jio
