@reliancejio not only run for Raising funds and selling shares even you need be serious about cust service, Network issue nd retaining customers. Pathetic network at Vizag Sujathanagar, AP. But ur team says live with it, Nodal officer absconding since May 7th as there is no reply

Jio service at its worst .third time I am complaining. My complaint is not been taken serious suffering from last 1.5 months the Jio speed is at 2g and they come and go by saying it will be fine within days but nothing happens .services are worst @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

@JioCare I have registered a complaint regarding my jio fiber connection on 26.3.23, but till today i.e. 29.3.23 no one attend the complaint Moreover my service request is closed. Good customer service. Keep it up.

@JioCare why i am unable to access hotstar premium subscription in 999 prepaid fiber plan, till yesterday i was able to see premium content. Hotstar is showing plan expired on 28th where as my existing fiber plan is active till 30th. Need help on this !!!

Switched from @airtelindia dsl, landline and dth servicestoo @reliancejio services. You guys took a long time loyal customer for granted. I made a request to convert my existing services to @Airtel black but your sales and support messed up, took more than three days to fail.
