    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    @JioCare , I'm facing internet issues since this past week. I've raised a request to replace my router 6 months back, and just a technician came and said replacement is done in rare cases. Can you guys please send in a technician and replace this old router with a new one?

    @JioCare All jio subscribers in the are of Kaggadasapura pin code:560093 are facing intermittent issues in receiving and making calls with jio network. Upon reaching nearby jio care, I was told that 5g testing is causing this issue. When this issue will be resolved?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Internet service is down since long time. Nobody is answering call at the support number and you have stopped showing service request creation menu. Didn't expect such response from your team. Facing same connectivity issue multiple times
