@reliancejio @JioCare @jio currently i am working WFH and i am complty depend on mobile network. But here the condition is worst. Here everyone using 4g pack. But thw internet speed is too slow. I can not surf a single page using my 4 G network.Worst 4g speed. Pincode : 263659

@reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

My worst decision ever was to opt for #jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare as my internet service provider. It is just a scam. Once you got there connection,and that's it.They won't help you after that in any matter. It's been more than a month and half and I am still trying to..1/2

@reliancejio @JioCare Why don’t you allow immediate change of password in broadband Wi-Fi router? It is so frustrating to call your helpline. One gets to speak to your call centre person after ages navigating multiple IVR options. Terrible.

@jagjitsinghddn @JioCare Hey, Jagjit. I understand your pain coz I went through it. I’m working from home and I had to take forced leaves because of this pathetic service from Jio. I switched to Airtel and I am happy. Trust me switching is the only option. Ur wasting your time with jio.
