    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    @JioCare If the service is suspended the request for the disconnection of jio number should be processed on the urgent basis. I am not able to use my number from last 7-10 days and still jio not disconnecting my number.

    @JioCinema_Care Yet again after WPL now in IPL too the same issue. It buffers for every 5 mins of video play. Tried uninstalling, cleared cache yet of no use.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The customer care number never gets received by an agent. I am facing an issue with my jio fiber from yesterday, the app shows an engineer assigned, kindly help the customers with the agent number as well, the tracker shows nothing useful for the customer, kindly help.

    Worst experience ever!! IPL live stream is buffering every 5 sec. I have 100mbps JIO Fibre connection. I am watching it on Samsung TV. Wondering if the issue is with me only!! @JioCinema @JioCare

    After >24 hrs of registration for jio fiber. ,compliting all the procedure and payments fiber hasn't installed yet @JioCare @JioOdisha .Its an unexpected service from jio .Kindly reply asap.

    @JioCare I am repeatedly texting your team and following up with them and they are not giving any solution kindly disconnect the service as I want to resume my best service with @RailWireIndia . They have the best service and what they tell atleast they are providing the exact same .
