  @pankajkanwar @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is pathetic here in Mohali. My fibre is not working since 16 Apr 26 and they have scheduled engineering visit for 24 Apr 26, every time customer care says visit is scheduled. What about this 7 days gap of no internet ?

  @JioCare Hi I'm using jio wifi for a while but it's not working properly for more than 3 days, when I tried to reach the jio care rep, no one is understanding the language Tamil or English, here the internet is disconnecting frequently, and I'm doing work from home, coz of this.1

  @JioCare either you are too smart or too dumb. You are smartly trying to avoid the issue. There is no option for rescheduling to before 26 April. No option to select date or time slot.

  @JioCare Never take International roaming plan... It dosen't work No refund Excuses given that it shows used Ask for proof..no response. Past two years n more..I never got my money back. It's sad and shame from such a big company.
