I got my jio fiber connection in Nainital but on the same day of taking connection it started blinking red. I tried to reach to customer care but no response. Pathetic service in Nainital. I want to return it but no one is responding properly. @reliancejio @JioCare

In nainital jio service is too bad. Internet is too slow. Now a days sometimes you can't just call. Jio should improve it. If we call to constumer care they always say , they are doing something since one year ,but nothing happened. @reliancejio @JioCare @narendramodi #wahJIOwah

@reliancejio I have been trying to port my jio prepaid sim to a postpaid one, for which I have been raising requests. But the executives are not responding. They have called me several times asking for appointments but later on no body came for resolution.
