    @JioCare My jio air fiber account no is 520168270347. Jio air fiber has the worst service. So pathetic when you call customer care number it gives automated reply saying Experiencing temporary network congestion in your area and disconnects the call without connecting to support.

    I don't know why but jio services are often vary poor.. Per day 2 GB data aata hainn par speed itni hain ki 200 mb muskil se use ho..@reliancejio @JioCare kuch to saram karke sudhar laaoo

    @JioCare I have rescheduled it almost 5 times . The problem is that we don't get the engineers number and they reschedule it everytime

    @JioCare The hypocrisy is unbelievable. You’re fast enough to cut off a connection when you want to, but suddenly you're 'incapable' of handling a transfer? I’m done with the scripts and the excuses. I want a resolution, not a story.

    @JioCare hi @JioCare , your team is not capable of solving simple problem.i had asked to cancel the bb connection and provide refund.Your customer support called and asked me for an OTP to redeem a voucher so that they can refund. Its been 4 weeks , i have received no funds in my bank.

    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    @vikasverma3473 @JioCare They will not visit. I have been waiting for more than 7 days now. They kept my request on hold. Better to switch to local service provider.
