    @JioCare The network connection in my area is very weak. I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

    @Airtel_Presence I am also thinking of the same... My jio plan is about to expire and if they people is not going to improve customer satisfaction. I will surely switch on to you people. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @reliancejio

    @MahaleAmey @Airtel_Presence @imhdrana @airtelindia Bro don't switch to jio.. They are going to disappoint you much more then airtel.. At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

    In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Such a big player in the arena cannot solve an issue for such long time & expect us to be patient ,can u show the same patience by avoiding disconnections for your subscribers if bills are not paid on time .10 days & no call or action on the complaint. Incompetency at its peak

    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."
