    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @kuntalojha26398 @reliancejio Dear, 4G like 2G is the reality of Telecom service in India but here my case is something different..Jio stopped calling facility 3 days before service validity..Data is working but while calling it's saying No balance to Call..don't understand HOW..?????

    @JioCare Funny to see asking address details for issue which isn't related to any location..my issue is- when Service validity is expiring on 3rd February how can I be unable to call any number...why it's saying No balance for making calls while data is working??

    @JioCare Now a days jiocare is worst support team. Previously it was very good and now we unable to speakto support,wait till 7PM 23 Sec but no response.Even data speed is very low and weareplaning toswitch over to other provider Alwas heard their promise as itis temperory issue

    @reliancejio 1st provide 3g and discuss 4 g than think about 5g. Til today jio is not capable to provide basic phone connectivity. Since 1 yr, raised a complaint. Today also same update from jio.... Network is not good we will update

    I also remember that @reliancejio @JioCare installed the same box just for me alone when I got it installed at my house and even they gave such a good service that I converted whole of my airtel bundle to jio.

    @JioCare We are still awaiting for lineman/technician visit.. please ask some top level incharge to contact me as some mischievous line man doesn't want to get the fault rectified. Net is not working since yesterday...So, extend the period of validity of net till restoration.Thanks

    @JioCare नेटवर्क खुद का खराब है दिक्कत मेरे फ़ोन में वाह We have found no issue with our network connectivity in your area. It is possible that the issue is with your mobile handset for which we request you to visit the manufacturer's Service Centre and get your handset checked.

    @JioCare Hi, my issue is still not resolved. The service request raised twice has been closed. SR00001EN0CP service request raised on 16th and SR00001EOGJA service request raised on 18th are both showing as closed. Do let me know why they are closed? No ETA shared has been followed.
