    @reliancejio @JioCare You claim to be the best internet service provider in the segment, but I'm facing slowest n worst possible data service from Jio network. Few days ago complained but nothing happened except wasting my time chatting with customer care folks.[1/2]

    @reliancejio @mipaltan I'm very dissatisfied with your service I have been requesting a broadband connection for the past 4 years and when I asked with one of your jio agents they suggested to me that for Airtel or act broadband jio will never come here

    @JioCare Please help Since the ui update in jio set top box the volume is low even if I full it is still low. It started to happen after the update. I swear it is not the problem from my end. I checked the volume level is same in tv as well as speaker as before

    @JioCare if u are unable to provide proper network why don't you close your services? Very hopefully port in to Jio but fully disappointed. @DoT_India
