    Most of the villagers use Airtel and there's no good internet connection at all the places. We've tried reaching them and told our problems but nothing has improved. @Airtel_Presence ! @JioCare how can I port my sim to jio!?

    @reliancejio this is 5th complaint in last few days. Jio internet to be renamed "jero"# pathetic services, no internet# I am asked to send DC messeges certainly to avoid public#i pay hard earned money to a richest man in the world for poorest services @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima

    I kept big hope and brought this @JioCare @reliancejio number yesterday 9019948363. But really disappointed weak internet & tower just located 1km from here but still signal is very weak and internet is slow. Not expected 4G speed with such low

    @Airtel_Presence already complained about worst network service in our area but airtel is not interested I think. No network at all. Pathetic, disgusting, worst, disappointing. It's time to think about @reliancejio

    @JioCare u people no give 5G access for me but Airtel give 5G access.u people not give 5G access till now not getting 5G even no invitation I am premier user of jio but jio from 2months not responding for my problem.very bad. Now give 5G invitation otherwise good bye

    @geekyranjit @ankitpoddar00 Just checked with my friend in Mumbai (Dadar), no issues faced from his side as well. I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

    @JioCare i accidentally recharged β‚Ή302 on a wrong number (XXXXX-6321). Customer care is not helping, and I have received no reply to my email either. I am working hard in the UAE and this is my hard-earned money. Please transfer this recharge to my correct number (XXXXX-2162).

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi your internet services in my area in NCR is intermittent since last 6 hrs and when complained to customer care , they say they will take 24 hrs. Will you give me a rebate of the outage. Pl sort it out ASAP

    @JioCare Hi, id applied for a number port. It's been 24 hours since the sim got physically delivered. I have no channel to escalate and the person who delivered is not helpful to resolve the issue. How can I work towards a resolution.

    @JioCare Multiple device I only do office work. I do not have multiple network band on my router. Thats how the technician set this up. He informed that it has 2.4 and 5 Ghz intrigated in single network. Now could you please arrange a technician so that he can visit and check the issue?
