    @JioCare Don't send time pass messages. Every time you assure that you are improving, wait few days. But no progress. Better visit my place and check. Give some solution. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio 7 days before I had paid for jio fiber connection, the team had committed of installation under 48hrs . But still it is not installed. No installation team has came to my place after receiving the payment. Worst Service support O/no : ID NO0000IPGRS4

    And it seems like @JioCare has trained their Customer Service/Support team so well to say only one line "your issue get resolved within 24 hours sir/madam" they are master & shameless at the same time to repeat the same line everytime you call them

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is regarding my jio number. I am unable to receive OTP from my bank transactions & also from some operators like voltas/ola. Tried to connect your customer care which is really pathetic. Does anyone help me or i have to port my number??
