@Airtel_Presence already complained about worst network service in our area but airtel is not interested I think. No network at all. Pathetic, disgusting, worst, disappointing. It's time to think about @reliancejio

@geekyranjit @ankitpoddar00 Just checked with my friend in Mumbai (Dadar), no issues faced from his side as well. I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

@reliancejio this is 5th complaint in last few days. Jio internet to be renamed "jero"# pathetic services, no internet# I am asked to send DC messeges certainly to avoid public#i pay hard earned money to a richest man in the world for poorest services @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima

@JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

@JioCare Hi Asad , that's what I am doing to get it resolved. It started around 7 PM on 24th. It's nearly 5 PM now. 46 hours passed, nothing happened. I am waiting since then. Do your colleagues ever face this issue while WFH , waiting for days.

@JioCare Issue was identified yesterday itself...issue is with Hub..till now noone cared to resolve it. I keep on getting messages engineer will visit the premises..only eta changes everytime.
