i ported from @airtelindia to @JioCare . But i guess my decision was wrong. No network in morning and evening and whenever i try to contact customer care they are saying same thing from last three months "YEH EK ASTHAYI SAMASYA HAI" such a bad service by @reliancejio

@JioCare How can u help, its not a technical problem.. speed not only on my device is slow but on every device its slow. And i cant go thrpugh all the process of jio and get no result, ur service representative are also not of any help.

@reliancejio Having terrible experience with Jio Fibre over activation of Netflix and other free OTT that they promise. Paying for download speed @300 and getting 100. It’s 6 weeks now. Customer service and client feedback departments are a sham!!

@reliancejio my friend have two plan in jio . One is postpaid plan another one is prepaid plan.but he don't want postpaid plan. He requested customer care to remove his postpaid plan in last two days but they are give any responsibility. So he was in stress. He mob num 9149406817

@reliancejio @JioCare Inspite of making repeated requests, i'm getting msg that network in my area is ok. Sorry, u people not looked into d matter & rather sending default msgs.I recently shifted to Upvan Apts, GH-4, Rohini Sector-28, Delhi- 42.There is almost no network here.

@JioCare I booked a jiber connection on 12-12-20 and received an SMS on the very same day that the installation is going to take place today at 12:30 PM which didn't happen. On 13-12-20, I received two separate calls from your customer care both booking a slot for me on 14-12-20
