@reliancejio the worst customer experience I have come across. No executive is available for you to interact. Always on the bot. My internet isn’t working since last 4 days but none of the executives available to hear the customers out.

We must have right to speak on services. Very smartly companies engage you on Live Chats and IVRs which results in nothing. Companies like @JioCare please introduce direct call feature for your customer, your live chat gives no solution whatsoever. @TRAI @AndheriLOCA

@reliancejio @JioCare i have recharge my prepaid phone 22nd for INR 549/- still unable to make outbound calls even yesterday recharge again for 199/- buks still it's not started, dont you think it's annoying and frustrating for customer and plan to swith now :-(

@JioCare worst network.. no power backup for their own network tower.. such a same being No1 network company and has no power backup.. whenever there is a power cut the network also goes.. #regretportingtojio

@JioCare @reliancejio When will the network problems occur? Your company's bogus network is visible in the rural areas. The rest of the company's networking is better than yours. You think you are just a name.

@JioCare Agree. But shouldn't the Jio number reachable when we pay for the same? If it's not reachable shouldn't you work on improving your network? Btw, you accepted that network is weak in my locality one year ago and situation is still the same! And I don't have an alternative no!!
