@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

@reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

I take online classes, but if internet won't work how could I be able to complete. This is happening since 28 march in two or three days.. @reliancejio , @JioCare .. Solve this problem, as I can't afford to lose one more class.
