    @JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

    @reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

    @JioCare, Signal quality is getting worse in area on daily basis. While you have started 5G but 4G is not even 2G now. Call drops and running to the roof is very common now. Please help. Location - Shikarpur, New Delhi Contact - 8287941033 Please help in solution.
