@reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

@JioCare My download speed is less than 1 Mbps and on few occasions it goes up to 1.5 .But not above that never.

@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

Go for any broadband or fibre connection other than @reliancejio The worst customer experience. All they know is how to give freebees, they cant handle the customer complaints / service.
