@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

@JioCare @JioChat worst experience switching to JIO from Hathway. Very pathetic service. I am really disappointed by this. Technician came and they just went off. And close ticket stating that we will come in sometime and it is almost 48 hrs no one turned up. NO0000LZUDFV. Help

@JioCare Rs 1500 paid as security deposit which has to be refunded. Not sure where is the customer fault if your system not reflecting correct details.
