Dear @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell is this server in my location is down for the last one day. Even the customer care is not responding to the call. I have missed all my lectures today and yesterday. Even I am unable to send a message on whatsapp. How will a student study?

@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

@JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

Indoor network coverage is worst @JioCare @reliancejio at my home. Area Shiv Nagar Pin -110058. Ported from Voda to Jio...I think it was a bad decision.

@reliancejio @JioCare hello this worst jio communication disconnect my incoming and outgoing without any reason they telling dnd but its my personal number not customer service number even they couldn’t verify with customer.

@reliancejio , I'm based at lucknow vrindavan area , it was my biggest mistake to opt jiofiber instead of airtel xtreme , jio service engineers are unable to rectify net speed issue. Pl refund my deposit n remove connection. Hopeless services in lucknow
