@JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

@reliancejio @JioCare Very pathetic service. I migrated to fiber post paid. Selected autopay but you guys didn't debit the payment automatically. And now I have been charged late payment charges. Called customer care but every time they hung up on me.
