    @JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I am facing network issue with jio unable to make and receive calls and no customer care executive is ready to solve my issue. What a poor services by reliance jio. Issue not resolved till date.

    @reliancejio @JioCare in kurla west area , Network is not proper and internet is very slow from one month in December. Always network is off and no network is showing in my and my family mobile network which is jio sim. Do something. Not happen asap i will port to other telecom

    Help.. I'm using @XiaomiIndia's Mi 11i 5G and using @reliancejio 5G but facing following prob: 5G falling back on 4G after 10 mins. & when I make calls & not coming back to 5G untill I reboot Software updated to the latest & tried everything to make it work @XiaomiIndia HELP

    Jio support on social media, like many other companies nowadays, is superficial. Initially they frustrate you using bot-like auto replies. When they are finally forced to read your actual query, they stop responding! #Jio5G @JioCare

    Address: Mangalabag,Cuttack,Odisha Area pin: 753001 There is no speed of phone internet even though there is full network here. I do not understand why this is happening? Why do you have such a service? No online app is opening! @JioCare @reliancejio @internetsociety

    Samsung S20 FE 5G users are angry since Jio identifies the phone as S20 FE (LTE variant) & doesn't send 5G invites. But a SIM activated for Jio 5G using another phone works well. Neither @SamsungIndia nor @JioCare is sorting out the issue & users don't know whom to blame! #Jio5G

    @reliancejio terrible service in the Noida region! It's been 4 weeks and the new connection has still not started working. I am being charged for the same. The local team has no idea what's wrong and no reply to email complaints. Order No: EO0000015OVB

    @JioCare @Dileep3194 Very poor quality network speed. JIO was born about 6 years ago but till now good network speed has not increased but the speed of recharge prices has increased very fast. I have been complaining for the last 3-4 years but no Madarchod has done any hearing, everyone tells to DM
