.@reliancejio one of the worst cellular operator in India. Name 4g and works not even 2g in Samastipur, Bihar. Complained so many times but situation as it is. Do the needful asap

@reliancejio Hence proved ,Airtel is much better than Jio in network availability and in internet speed... Jio is busy getting new customers instead of giving good network quality .

Yesterday I got the jio fiber connection. But yesterday night only jio fiber is showing error and red light is blinking. I called to customer care and they told me that jio engineers will be visit in my area around 1pm. Jio fiber service is very worst. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Complaint with SR no. SR00001EVN9O was lodged on Oct. 26 for refund of amount of recharge mistakenly done for Jio phone done through paytm. Multiple calls to your customer care. Every time new deadline. No refund even after 2 months. #pathetic
