    @JioCare @reliancejio I hv been requesting discontinuation & refund of my jio account but it has been highly frustrating to deal with u. Yr network is poor & your services r poorer than that. If after this tweet, my issue gets resolved, I would be obliged to u!

    @JioCare @nationalany chance of resolution. I am getting offer to surrender this and get refund and take new connection. Why so much of mess. When new connection can solve the problem then y cant u deal with it. I can give you number if u want who is offering me the deal in jio itself

    @JioMart Fraudmart is still refunding amount since 16 days and customer care is fooling around without giving the solution. Better don't buy from fraudmart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio . The amount is not reflected, several mails and conversations going on.Taking customer for granted.

    We must have right to speak on services. Very smartly companies engage you on Live Chats and IVRs which results in nothing. Companies like @JioCare please introduce direct call feature for your customer, your live chat gives no solution whatsoever. @TRAI @AndheriLOCA
