    @JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

    @JioCare did a port on my number from Airtel to JIO. 5 days ago and still it showing no service. seems like switching to jio was wrong option ....@reliancejio

    @reliancejio Kindly enable the FTP service, a the ports on the router doesn't work now, it only detects the plugged in devices.

    @JioCare Venkat is manager and doesn't have common sense. He is inefficient to handle customer. I called him multiple times but no response. He will msg that I will get back to you. Really hatsoff to jio customer care for recruiting such a good employees in Kukatpally branch.

    @JioCare i am facing net connection problem from evening no resolution is given . I was told an engg. Would come by evening but no body come i made a call back to that number . That person was so rude . He was tlking to me like as i am wrkng for him.. too loor too pathetic staff

    @JioCare I already call coustomer care several times and non of your executive give any reasonable answer. In return they straight forward say it's not our problem. We can't do anything related to this.
