    @JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

    Hi @JioCare Last two wk's your network is very poor speed its look like 2G , Whats your Business Team plan just slow down 4G & Decrease the Frequency ,to attract your 5G Schemes in Future With double time Profit Right Worst plan as ever 👎👎👎

    After their such irresponsible behavior i mail them regarding my problem but this time they gave another excuse of having problem in my handset even without checking my device they came up with such poor excuse. All i want to say that @JioCare doesn't care their customers.. (2/3)

    @JioCare looks like no internet, but why you are providing 4G, but worsen than 2G. And you made a algorithms to post predefined response whoever tweets. And nothing really taken the issue to fix.

    @reliancejio What a bad experience by jio my jio number is 6281554585 done a recharge with 2gb/per day when I was using data for only half an hour it came you have finished your daily data I swear that I not used more than half an hour what wrong with you jio team And too I have tried
