    @JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst services. I Have moved to IIT Indore simrol in Jan 2023. I have recharged a pack for 2gb per day but not able to use Internet. Trying to reach customer care but BOT chat frustrating no support. Out of frustration I opted for Port.

    Jio internet provides the worst internet service nowadays. Till evening internet service comes under 10kbps. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate When will BSNL 4G be launched in Gorakhpur ? Only Bsnl 3G is available. Jio speed is also very poor inside the home @JioCare
