Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

@JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

@JioCare I have Moto G7 purchased from US and i am unable to make/receive calls and messages using my Jio SIM. Data Works fine. Unable to find the solution where I can use it seamless with my Moto G7. Have all the settings correct
