    Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    @JioCare Still no action taken on my Jio AirFiber relocation request (LR000015EJ8O) raised on 1st May. Multiple follow-ups with customer care, yet no engineer visit, no update, and no resolution even after so many days. Very poor customer service and complete negligence.@JioCare

    @JioCare Worst service. Worst customer care support. If you are unable to privide the service than why you are installing jio fibre connection.If you are not capable just stop making public fool.
