Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

Lost my mobile phone 45 days ago (Delhi circle Jio sim), since then, have been trying to get the new sim. Advised to go Patna as thr is no green sim available in Hajipur. Visited 5 Jio outlete, spent 5 hours but no luck. Pathetic service @JioCare
