Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

@JioCare The internet was not working at 8PM, 9PM and is still not working at the time of this tweet. Please note-- As mentioned earlier, this is not an intermittent issue during peak hours. This is the situation throughout the day.

@Airtel_Presence @BharaliMayuri Since a week, using @reliancejio hotspot, to even tweet this! On my previous complaints through email, your network team called me and asked to download some apps and send screenshots, which I did, and after that they closed the support ticket marking "resoved"!

As evident of my last 9 month posts , @reliancejio seevices are very poor in latency everywhere you go. It's just an overpopulated network. It's good for voice calls and watching online content. The worst disappointment is the team jio don't possess honesty. No problem solved.
