Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

@MrSinha_ @JioCare In this case @ViCustomerCare is the worst. They keep generating complaints after every deadline without resolving the previous one. FunTny part is they don't even change their excuses every time.

Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare due to frequent call drops in Jio. Ended up trapped in Vi’s outdated EDGE network. What a shame that telcos in India are still using 2G network! Will switch over back to Jio after 90 days.

Why I am experiencing this type slow speed @JioCare , even after 5g device and unlimited plan I am suffering from internet buffering and game ping problem just bcz there are few drops of raining? From last 10 days your speed is **** that BSNL. Do you guys only call for recharge?

@reliancejio @Zinnov @parinatarajan Jio has become a liability for it send inflated bill to its customers who have been with Jio since it's establishment. Now porting to BSNL OR Airtel. Poor customer service 😔

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing a very pathetic ntwrk serv (internet&call) frm the past 1.5 months despite having an Utr 5G pack.Would migrate to BSNL/Airtel if issue is not rslved by end of my plan expiry.Would like to strongly recommend U all to do the same #CustomerService

@JioCare It doesn't seems so. In an era where companies like @airtelindia and @ACTFibernet works in few hours to fix the issue, you guys could not resolved the issue in more than 40hours. SHAMEFUL

@JioCare I have never seen most pathetic service in my entire life .. can you believe this an engineer visit to fix Wi-Fi Internet is taking 4 business day to visit location.. Mind you 4 business day.. time to switch networks guys .. even BSNL was far better than this Jio..
