    @JioCare Where are you working it has been 1 month, you are saying the same, we have a tower, no work is going on here, due to lack of network for 1 month, people here are porting from Jio to Airtel, loss It's yours!

    @JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

    @JioCare Totally unable to concentrate on work . Every 5 minutes the network gone . I dont pay for such a disgusting network . Improve the network or take away ur dabba . And I called the customer support and waited for more than 6 minutes each time but no response .

    @JioCare The staff at the Jio office in Narla, Kalahandi, Odisha are neither answering customer calls nor behaving courteously with customers who visit the office. Even after making the payment, customers are not receiving proper support or timely service.

    You know what the organization is by how they treat leaving customers. Myjio app has every option in world except to cancel the subscription. You go to chatbot which gives you helpline number. The helpline number has no option for cancelling subscription. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.
