    @JioCare Service Request SR000036KM3L. Put complaint on Saturday and still you’re messing around. You keep changing date and time on your end and have the ***** to lie- “service engineer couldn’t access premise”. engineer was at my home for an hour, had 2 cups of chai and bolted. Monday is workday and you’ve already rescheduled appointments thrice. Fed up. Will change provider.

    @JioCare @TRAI Very disappointing experience with JioFiber while trying to disconnect connection. Instead of a smooth closure process, I was pressured with statements like myou lose money pay for another full month.Customers should not be forced misled into continuing a service.

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    Gross service deficiency by @JioCare @reliancejio! Order CO0001SCZ4IB for JioFiber relocation pending for days. Countless customer care calls, an email to the regional Appellate Authority, & a personal visit to the Malleshwaram branch have all been completely ignored. (1/4)
