    @anilrustogi @jio_fiber Same in Andheri West. It’s been 4 days now. @JioCare is such a scam! I’ve decided to remove their connection. Horrible customer service as well. Taking customers for granted.

    Hello Jio Support, @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing very poor network connectivity in my area.The internet speed becomes extremely slow and calls are also affected. The main issue is that whenever the electricity goes off, the network signal immediately drops to just one or two bars, and after that nothing works properly internet stops working and calls become difficult or impossible. This issue has been happening regularly for quite some time. Kindly check the network tower/battery backup situation in my area and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Installed Jio Fiber 3 weeks back worked for three days only, technician fixed it and after few days again stopped working. For last one week no technician has come to fix the problem. Poor service. Disappointing.

    @JioCare Called customer care 6 times and informed that they have rescheduled. Now I called again and was informed that my complaint is closed and they are unable to reschedule and asking me to call again after sometime. @JioCare can someone please help me here

    @JioCare Plz read carefully i dont need any resolution as i have taken new connection. I just want immediate disconnection subject to 0 bill of last month, as whole month u all made me wait.

    @JioCare This was the third time I had to follow up regarding this issue and everytime the ticket status becomes Closed , atleast have to send why you couldn't have resolved it or proper mail regarding this
