    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing very poor network in Village Tintoliya, Ward No. 11, Supaul, Bihar (852125). Calls are dropping and internet is extremely slow — daily users and students are affected. Please take this seriously and improve coverage or install a tower urgently. #Jio

    Register complaint for unwated telecaller numbers on TRAI DND app @TRAI. Tried with a number got message from @JioCare that the number is disconnected due to unregistered telemarketing. Great app and nice Initiative.

    Worst experience with @RelianceDigital! Paid for Jio AirFiber on April 6, promised installation in 2–3 days, but still not done. It’s been over a week with zero response and no proper support despite repeated calls. Totally unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have paid for jio fiber new connection, and now the technician denied for installation in the time and informed me to go for refund what is the service you are providing not getting response from toll free number.

    @JioCare I started the set-top box service on April 4, 2026. Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visited, the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issues
