    @JioCare I am trying to deactivate my postpaid service. I have called the service centers more than 10 times. Every time they are coming up with new reason and not cancelling my postpaid service. Please resolve this ASAP. Pathetic customer service @reliancejio

    @JioCare i bought a new sim, 2 days ago. But 5g is still not activated. My roommate is using your 5g network. I'm using pixel 6a with the latest update and have recharged more than 239. Please help. Why it's taking so much time to access 5g when all criteria are met.
