    Facing extremely slow internet on Jio for the last 3–4 months. Raised multiple complaints, but every time I only get the same “optimization in progress” response. No real improvement at all. This is unacceptable service. Please resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, it's been over 72 hours since I booked my JioAirFiber MAX connection and completed KYC. The order is stuck at the installation stage and the local team keeps asking me to wait. This is a poor start to a premium service. Order ID: NO0001CS1F54 @reliancejio

    @JioCare And collected a payment of Rs.1200/-. Later installation guy comes and instead of checking the signal strength set-up the entire equipment, drills walls screws and then at the end of the days says 5g signal is not available I can't finish the installation

    @JioCare Taking 12 days to initiate a simple refund for a rejected order (that too cancelled from your end) is highly pathetic customer service. I have not received any timeline for the refund. When is the refund expected?

    @JioCare Worst customer service. I have purchased JioBharat v4 on 27th March 2026 and within 15 days it's battery swell up. I visited at Service center, they said device has been 'mishandled' and charging pin is internally damaged. Phone was charging normally, no problem.
