  @TRAI Extremely poor service from Jio AirFiber. 1 month has been passed for complained , raised 10 complaints but zero resolution. Service team not responding at all. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate legally & switch provider. Need urgent fix + compensation. @JioCare

  @JioCare Your Jio Fiber customer service is extremely disappointing and unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided. If this is the level of service, it raises serious concerns about your commitment to customers

  @nvnth_vijayan @JioCare @JioCare - This has been the case with #JioFiber in Chedda Nagar for a while now. For the past 3 months, there’s an outage every alternate day; 6-8 hours during daytime. Check your SMS logs from the last 90 days, the pattern is clear. You must discount our bills by more than 50%

  @JioCare So I am lying to you. Who is responsible for the issues that i am facing. Technician confirmed there is a problem, Jio is not working good here. Don't just check the speed assign someone to visit here to see the technical aspect as well. That's how you resolve root cause? Notgood

  @reliancejio Hey it has been more than 5 years since the issue is same no network coverage at all. Every time 6 month of time period and when I came back to jio I m ****** now I have to wait 90 days to get rid of poor jio
