many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@reliancejio @JioCare I am porting my number from vi to jio. Last night at 11.30 I got the pin for televerifaction and a long message saying new jio sim will activate before 6 am. My existing sim stopped working at that point. Jio sim is yet to show network after 8 hours.
