many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare Internet is stop working every time, No network available when electricity supply off. We are facing very much problem since May 2020. I have call 1000 time to customer care that always said that it will be ok Soon but not resolve yet. We as entire people will post soon.
