many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

@JioCare This is unexpected from such big company. My issue with ott apps in jiofiber still persist, after 10 days of this problem I told to disconnect the connection,and after this jio immediately called to give time to rectify,technician visited couldn’t able to rectify the problem(1/2)
