@JioCare It has been more than a month since i have reported this issue. All details are in DM. Internet speed has bcome horrible as well. This has happened b4 but was resolved in 2 days. I will switch my network as soon as i get a chance. Won't be recharging again, that is sure.

@reliancejio worst service provider, continuously asking them to pick up the device as i have to move to new city, they are doing nothing except lime excuses and worst thing is that they assure you today and will differ tomorrow. Not recommended at all to anyone. Worst, worst

@TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio we have lost our phone along with the jio sim card.Sim cards have been suspended but the sim was on my sister's name and she's abroad .everyone has this no. so please issue us a sim for 10 days so that we can arrange for a new number for further use.
