@JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

@JioCare I have raised service request for 5 times now, every time service engineer is appointed but no one shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue. In touch with @JioCare for last 10 days but issue is still unresolved. Really disappointed by the service provided

Pathetic service by @JioCare I've raised 5 service request till now, the service engineer never shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue upon that I get a msg that is problem is solved. Really disappointed

@JioCare I had raised a service request ID SR000017R6WD for jiofiber remote not working. The service engineer never showed up but my request was closed without solving my problem.

@reliancejio frequent disconnections of 4g internet in my location after launch of 5g. And not able to use 5g once. It’s not my only problem. It’s problem of many around here.

@JioCare Yes yhe same address, there is problem in network as its fluctuating and the Internet is also fluctuating maximum times okb/s. Not able to download, surf the common webs. Like previously Internet is coming in certain places.
