After acquiring customers over these last two years @reliancejio @JioCare is slowly deteriorating to be the worst network I have used. I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.

@JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

@JioCare Plz check, all the required input has been shared through DM. The service is not working even for 2G level. No voice call get connected. But Jio is planning to launch 5G. Bravo! Hv tried all the means with Jio to improve the service, but being moved by jio team round and round.
