@hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks to jio for helping me out of the way because my number was converted from Airtel but payment was not posted .My prime number was disconnected but due to jio team my number is started on 1st April 2020 when everything is locked down and time is alter . speacial

@JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

@reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

@Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

So Mr Ambani and @reliancegroup went charging in @reliancejio except it doesn’t work ! I have a Jio connection. 5 days no Internet no landline service and no response to multiple calls for help. You can muscle your way in but can you run these businesses ? Back to Airtel I guess

@JioCare Leave a complaint and there is standard computerized reply SORT OUT RIGHT AWAY. It means Jio is far away from sorting out RIGHT NOW. May be sorted out before couple of weeks when the recharge is due. A person doesn't become RICHEST without resorting to the tricks.
