@JioCare If someone lost mobile with JIO SIM in evening after Jio Store are closed, Customer service IVRS says to loging with OTP and request for blocking lost SIM, someone gives fake reply on Twitter without ny soln. The pickpocket who stole the mobile has full night for malicious things

The Jio office at Mithapur Bus Stand Road, Patna, is a dump. They are open just to get their salary from @reliancejio. No work is done here and the staff redirects you and guard tries to throw you out. Is this the kind of service you offer? @JioCare

@JioCare Writing an email from website got me an email that in turn asks me to either use Jio App or Jiocare whatsapp which again are just maze in themselves. For numbers that are totally not working you need a straightforward way to resolve customer issues.

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare Your networks are going worst. I have recharged 6 days back with a plan of 555 and m not able to watch my you tube lectures because of buffering. At least provide the service what we have paid for. I have complaint 2-3 times already but no proper resolution I got. Disheartening
