However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

The cancellation has been completed for more than month but till now no member has come to get the Fiber back from @reliancejio nor has given any online updates till now.

Why you are not providing binary of Jio5G to brand. That is the only reason brand are delaying to give software update. And also you have listed a F23 5G into incompatible list.
