    @reliancejio it's more than 2 week since 5g launch in patna. However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

    @JioCare @shaziailmi Your service is very bad at my location Hajipur from more than 2 years now.. Even today it is not working. Every time the same reply from your CC executives. I think you will never resolve the issue. Need to port to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Please get the SPAM CALLS on my cell barred . It’s really getting frustrating blocking them out like anything everyday more than 100+ of the similar kind even after activating DND FULLY . I know Tweeting you folks also won’t help anyways just giving a last try

    @JioCare Speed is ok but indoor network is very bad,always shifting between 4g and 5g,secondly calling is big issue. Vonr is still not active.

    @JioCare I know software upgrade pushed by brand. But binary of your Jio5G service you are providing to brand. Why you are not providing binary of Jio5G to brand. That is the only reason brand are delaying to give software update. And also you have listed a F23 5G into incompatible list.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @JioCare What to do with this link. After having 5G phone F23, in your website showing as 4G phone. Update your list asap. You guys are stupid and rubbish. Just copy and paste replying. You have no sense what user's are saying.. Low level of Customer support system.. totally shameless.

    @JioCare I am using iPhone 13 and my father is using one plus nord CE2 ,issue is whenever I am calling network shifts to 4g but when my father is calling network stays at 5g , why vonr is not working with iPhone but working with one plus phone.

    It's high time for me to port from @airtelindia to @reliancejio, dude if you suspend services and blocking all incoming and outgoing then atleast send bank's otp on customer's registered mail addresses. Doesn't planning on otp handling and putting forward dumb services, I'm done.

    @JioCare My jio number 7861888100. My issue is that you have invested so much in new tower at Rajamau, Tiloi, UP but tower is not functioning yet. Why getting delay in starting this new tower. Signals are so weak that it's difficult to connect a call forget abt data.

    @reliancejio @JioCare From past 24 hours my JioFiber connection is down for maintenance. I have made 3 calls since yesterday to the customer care executives, each time recieving false promises of connection getting restored. Is JioFiber so unreliable?

    @JioCare This is the same text I have received day before yesterday, yesterday and now even today. Please let me know know whom should a customer reach out from Jio team so that the issue is resolved. If you have shipped a defective product am I not entitled for a quick resolution?
