    @JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    @reliancejio I have purchased a jiophone on 4/4/2021from jio retailer. I get some issue after 6month i go to jio point and replace jiophone but the jiopoint employee didn't entry the complain and replacephone.MyIMEI-357606534025021Replace IMEI-352912700010960 mob-7322055149.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Such a degrading service of jio network in my area . Sometime its speed is like 1kb /sec.how did i do my work .when its not working well.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

    Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare , my Jio AirFiber has been down for the last 5 days. I have called customer care multiple times, but every day I am told "today" or "tomorrow." No technician has visited yet and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please resolve

    @JioCare My Jio fiber has not been working for the past 5 days. Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

    @JioCare I was so frustrated that I disconnected my JioFiber and recorded a video showing the equipment left on the roadside for the collection team to pick up. Stop calling me and focus on providing proper customer support. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
