@JioCare @reliancejio The engineer gave his number and told to call in case of problems. Now again after 4 days net not working. Engineer said he'll come yesterday morning, so i didn't allow my office boy to go anywhere. Whole day went by, nothing happened, just assurances.

@reliancejio I registered a complaint about slow internet service three days ago, not been resolved yet. Today, Jio's net is completely down,and when I called customer service to register a complaint, they were unwilling to register it. Pathetic service. @JioCare @ril_foundation
