    @reliancejio @JioCare Fibre is down again today & its been 6 hours with no firm ETA. Please communicate better during issues. Would u give these 6+ hrs extra in recharge? @airtelindia never had such issues with their broadband, their resolution was always with in 2 to 3 hrs max.

    @JioCare We are continuously having problem with our internet connection. We have been facing this problem for 3 days. Our office work is being hampered because of this. Nobody is coming to help us out even after raising requests for servicing. @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio the worst customer service ever for a broadband provider. Raised a request to get it fixed on Saturday 6th August. Not a single call from the engineer who is supposed to visit. Every day I am the same story when I reach out to support that it would be fixed.

    @JioCare please change your name to Jio doesn’t care … I took a plan of 3+1 which unexpectedly generates bill after 3 months and Jiocare always routes to a automated bot for issue chat and there is no such item listed for the concerned issue where it can answer.

    @reliancejio I signed up for Jio Fiber on My Jio App, paid for 6 months, got KYC done and the connection was supposed to happen in 48 hours. It has been 5 days and no one has come yet. The executives keep promising they'll come but never show up!!

    @JioCare I have jio postpaid number of J&k but now in in other place but using same number every month my bill was RS 9 but this month it show 658 around and ask for details jio care says we have no details..which type of service is this...very bad
