Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

@rks_sky @JioCare #Jio 4G is a myth, they offer 2G (Edge) like speeds. I bet Reliance Industries won't survive in any other telecom markets outside India. Consumers and regulators will sue them for lack of service.

Indian citizens have no objection in raising the Telecom tariffs but are they providing good network coverage???? Big question to think and difficult to answer for TRAI authorities and all Telecom service providers @TRAI @reliancejio @airtelindia

@sanjeetknaik @reliancejio Their network engineer called me last week. Said one cell site has been taken down. And coverage won't improve until new mini site is in place. No refund for recharge, nothing despite lack of service. A total waste of money

@reliancejio Then please improve quality of your service. Both Jio Mobile network as well as jio fibre network have major consistency issues. Sometimes they work properly, but most of the time they don't work as expected.
