  @Ishita_53 @jitendraverma__ @JioCare This is fraud practice by service provider. You can not use 10-12 GB data daily even if watching HD movie 24 hrs. In India data calculations is a fraud practice. My monthly data usage is around 40-45 GB/month while i always work with GB of genomic & Proteomics computational work.

  @reliancejio I request Jio to also improve the customer support response time and service appointment handling, so that customers don’t have to wait or reschedule multiple times for a service issue. Hopefully, going forward, customer complaints and service requests will be handled faster.
