There is hardly any location in the entire township where I can say you are providing 4G internet speed. Even with full signal strength, internet is creeping slow. Look into it please.

I hv raised this issue several times in the past but you reply non sense that the area has good coverage and the issue is temporary. I'm saying again, the problem onsets with power cut.

Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.
