    @JioCare Requested for uninstallation 2 weeks before,daily receiving uninstallation msg and it's getting postponed to next day,& then tried to reach the customer care they say politely the engineer will come within 24hrs & the issue will be solved.Still my issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio Fire team, My Internet connection is not working since Sunday morning. Have called your customer care four times. Whenever we call we were told they will escalate it to back end team. However no response from service engineers. Pls help

    @reliancejio telling they are the fastest network in India 🇮🇳 but not even getting signal 📶 the real fastest network is @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate jio is completely stupid nothing jus 300kpbs is not fastest network

    200-300kpbs speeds is called 4g in @reliancejio @JioCare it seems worst network speed it seems nowadays calls to not connecting properly @BSNLCorporate @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Idea these perform way to better than @JioCare @reliancejio 200kpbs is not 4g its 2g @reliancejio

    Worst internet service by @airtelindia , having full tower on mobile, internet is still not working. Neither the customer care is allowing to connect with any executive. No resolution have been made by this #Telecom service provider. I shouldn't have switched from @reliancejio

    Don’t worry @Airtel_Presence I was just using this network for the sake of eSim.But i need better service so I’d rather pass that and switch to @JioCare or @ViCustomerCare .

    Hi @JioCare, this is nothing but harassment. You are closing service requests without resolving the issue, and your own customer care team says they have no details of the closed tickets. Is this how Jio handles customer complaints? My old AirFiber device (1/3)

    @JioCare From inbox it turns out, Anpadh gawaars are sitting in your team who don't know what customer is complaining about. They keep replying that template response that is unrelated to my complain. 2 days and can't even schedule an Technician visit. Hey @airtelindia again! Coming back.

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
