@JioCare We are too unhappy with the jio fibre services. We called the operators and they just told that we don't know how to fix it. We recharged for 999 rs. And then also we are not able to see any thing on OTT apps. As well not abke to use apps like skype, webex and telegram.

@JioCare Address is same. Network in phone shows full if outside house but unable to make call and also data speed remains almost zero in the 1st half of the day then slowly situation normalizes. Inside house almost no or very less network.

@JioCare Can you please help me understand why customer has to pay Jio, if somewhere down the road the fibre was cut. Is it not the fault of technician who couldnt secure the fibre. Why are customers harrassed to pay. Shall we now start monitoring the jio wires on the road ?
