After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

@reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

@JioCare I recharge on 12 December 2020 my recharge is also successful from bank end. But jio customer said we didn't receive any recharge request from bank so we can't proceed. Bank has given me all details but still jio is not listed.i email to jio care but no response
