  @JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

  Want to convert my Jio number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Is there any way to do it online, or is visiting a Jio Store the only option? The stores here are almost always overcrowded—perhaps because many users are facing network-related issues. All dues have been cleared. The number I want to convert was part of a family add-on plan, and any remaining dues on the primary account will also be cleared.
