    @JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I have surrendered my Jiofiber connection on 30th September. I have been told the devices will be collected within 15 days. No one contacted me to collect it. Tried customer care but still not resolved. Expect a speedy solution.

    @JioCare How can any service company take 30 days to take back the device, and say they are working on priority. One more case closed today without any notification! There is a term ‘contact’, please train agents to do that before closure.

    He's saying "relocate hota nhi hai. Naya connection lena padega". So, does this mean that each time a customer is shifting to a new place, s/he has to take a new connection? Is that how Jio is registering and showing new users? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio pathetic service by jio no network maximum time in jammu & kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service quality ever. New connection was set up in 2 hrs while cancelation and refund old connection security has been dragged for 45 days. Pls accelerate else I will file complain in consumer court

    @JioCare What do you mean by saying feedback sent when you have closed the complaint saying no violation. You are just trying to cover up the matter and make things hazy by giving an incoherent and irrelevant response. I want to escalate this issue ( DND violation and your cover up)

    @reliancejio @JioCare This whole process was very bad and I wasted my half day for same. JioStore person and customer care are not aligned. JioStore/Customer care persons are denying colored aadhaar prinout. JioStore person is denying votorID card for eKYC.
