    To do a UPI transaction, I had to verify my account from registered SIM which happened to be the secondary SIM. Now, just to verify one SMS, I have to pay @reliancejio a ₹207 !! These are seriously times when we go WTF!!!

    Don't know what's happening with @reliancejio , I can't able to make calls to my mom's @BSNL_KL no. I've recharged before October 9th. @JioCare can't help out.

    @JioCare Team I need a physical support at my residence to fix intermittent internet issue with my Jio Fiber. I called your customer care and requested for the same but they denied. I have old people who are challenged and cannot troubleshoot over the phone. Pls understand!

    I heard that @reliancejio starting news fiber network . Happy to say that I will not take any product of Jio as it is looting the customers slowly

    @JioCare I am getting 2G speed in Pullanivila , Trivandrum city. I am not even able to 200MB out of my 2GB daily limit. Reporting this issue to Jio customer care for 2 months+ and they repeats saying like congestion is there and network team is.working on it.

    Jio 4g is pathetic. It’s very slow that even google homepage long takes time. It’s really making people fool. I’m not even in a remote area, I’m in The heart of Trivandrum city. Hating jio these days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare my MNP request NO0000LV3F3Y on 10 Jun but no resolution after 5 days. Email complaint allots no request ref no,instead some stupid auto reply comes.I m without mob connectivity now. Jio cust care is very poor.

    Team @reliancejio @JioCare I am behind your guys in technopark for a corporate postpaid connection for me paid by the employer. No one is bothered to sell, i have visited atleast 3 stores. Your sales team is probably the worst among competitors as they are ready to visit anytime.

    @JioCare My Jio Wi-Fi hasn't been working since the day before yesterday. Customer care said it would be fixed by 12:30 AM yesterday, but it still hasn't been resolved; only a red light is blinking on the device.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a number which is important to me that was kept in a jiophone but due to that device having issues, I couldn't turn it on for months. Now I see that the number has become invalid. Any way I can regain that number? Your assistance is appreciated.

    @JioCare what a shame promised to call back at 4pm claiming problem to be resolved in a few hrs it's 2 days n nothing has been done horrible don't have the courtesy to call back as per the promised timings

    @JioCare Has the one of the Worst Customer Services Since Yesterday night there is no Internet and when Contacted Customer Care they only speak hindi and they can't understand the problem clearly and They Scheduled a Visit for Monday when we have WFH today. Day Wasted.

    @JioCare - Pathetic services for JioFiber. Internet drops all the time & each time I contact customer service; I am being asked to Troubleshoot which isnt solving the issue. Can someone be kind to help?
