@JioCare It has been 15 days and @JioCare @reliancejio isn't able to allocate an Engineer to resolve the issue that too in capital city. But will disconnect the services at fixed hours. Guess all the Engineers have been allocated to lay submarine cables. #pathetic #disappointed

@JioCare hello @JioCare on 11th evening your engineer called me and suggested a solution and flagged the service request resolved, but didn't show up to solve the issue. later i called him and he told me he is sending someone else, but no one showed up, the issue is still there.
