    @JioCare I ordered a new Jio SIM on 1 July 2026 (Order ID: N000015GX769). It's been 9 days, but the status is still "Order In Progress". No update or activation has been provided. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.@reliancejio

    Unacceptable service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Brand new JioFiber connection (only 10 days old) and the internet is already down for the second time. What’s the point of raising tickets if the reliability isn't there? Fix Service Request SR00003AOXT5 immediately. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed and re-open 5 times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioMart When I call customer care, they say it's a one-time redemption only. Regarding my balance amount, they said it was mentioned in the old version but not in the new one.

    Hi @JioCare , my JioFiber has been down for the last 4 days. An engineer visited and confirmed it's a backend/network issue, but my complaint was closed without resolution. The connection is still not working. Please resolve this urgently. I'll share my details via DM.
