    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare The coverage in our area is very poor. Especially indoor reception is terrible. Please boost up the signals in and around Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

    @JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

    @JioCare Reached out 5 times to the customer support & escalation team, still no resolution. Your executive was supposed to pick up set top box 2 days back, today is saturday. Called up the guy,he doesn't know anything about it. CS is blaming tech team and vice versa. Pathetic!!

    @reliancejio My JioFiber quarterly plan (3333) activated on 10th April. Till now your promotional benifit-pro google gemini banner not showing in myjio app. Called jio care,mailed JioFibercare no resolution. moved from act fiber to Jio bcoz of pro google gemini. Is promotional offers real??

    @JioCare What is the resolution time of this? This connection was implemented by your engineer only. We didn't buy and attach the connection from ourself and u people have no ownership for this. Refund my money if you are not able to resolve this. We will return your settopbox. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am tired of getting the same automated excuses for the past 1 month. Despite the assurance on WhatsApp, the network in Kantaliya (Pali) is still pathetic. I am unable to use the internet for which I have paid. Fix this immediately or I will have to Port my number @TRAI
