@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience
