    @JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

    @JioCare Hello jio, I am using jiofiber and not getting network (red led light blinking continuously and tried of restarting as well) from today morning in my area. Can you tell me what the actual problem is?

    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I got JioFiber connection just 3 days back on Sunday. Now internet is not connecting. I scheduled the service request but it's showing July 10 which is completely unacceptable. I had all these issues earlier in @Airtel_Presence that's why I came to u.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN +91-1603560230 I upgraded my plan from 599 to 899 + GST with 100 MBPS, So i can get good browsing speed but still same issues. If you cant help, let me know so i can move to some other provider.

    @JioCare But i had raised request on 3rd July. Everyday its getting rescheduled. How come same issue rectified by AirtelXstream within 24 hrs within the same building and jio has not even responded 🤔 @airtel_xstream
