@JioCare Today I recharge my wife account using @GooglePay in myjio app. Amount reduced from my bank acc. But recharge not done. I asked jio customer care but didn't get proper response

@JioCare The coverage in our area is very poor. Especially indoor reception is terrible. Please boost up the signals in and around Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

Pathetic services even more pathetic employees @ViCustomerCare call drops no network even after complaining the guy at store did not resolve any issue and has audacity to tell me to come back after an hour just to update his service rating right. @reliancejio need portability

The message created on 10am just posted now@10:35am that's too after 5 times failed notification...Just think about @reliancejio @JioCare speed and it's not free or gifted or donated service but post paying ₹599/- isn't it cheating with customers?

@JioCare your customer care abs your engineers are inefficient! Been facing disconnection issues for 10/14 days . There is no compensation or even concession for the unused days. And the CC agents aren’t registering a complaint citing to “outage” issue!
