@dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

I want the jio fiber team to kindly fix the issues i am facing with my jio fiber . I don’t know why this happens every day the connection goes around 4 pm till late night and then comes again next day morning. We have called the engineers 2 times but they do nothing @JioCare

I have called their call cntr several times in 3dys and everytime they have different response. Worst service provider

Getting really bad service from Jio fiber @reliancejio No internet! Guy comes but doesn’t correct the bad cables. Why should we be made to for 30 days when we dont have the internet for complete month!!! @JioCare

@JioCare When I disconnected my connection in Oct security deposit of Rs 2500/- returned by jio in next year on 20 Jan that to after deducting Rs 1000/- You guys and your customers service is not to help customers however they are just for customer harassment and looting their money3/3
