@dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

@JioCare Today I recharge my wife account using @GooglePay in myjio app. Amount reduced from my bank acc. But recharge not done. I asked jio customer care but didn't get proper response

@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

@JioCare 1. After upgrading it was communicated that theold modem(not more than 6month old) will be collected and the amount will be refunded. It did not happen 2. Connection is active because I paid for it, but am I able to use? NO Reason: Technical issue unknown
