@reliancejio I return back jio fiber connection and set box in one month on 05-04-22. I did not get refund security deposit of Rs 2500 till now. I have sent mails and contacted customer care several times. I trust action will be initiated and will be refunded.

@JioCare Issue is Relocation of my jio fiber. No one from jio called me . I requested for relocation on 6th June, today is 18th June and issue still persists. Jio is worst in customer service and care. Regret taking jio fiber.

@sai_pravalitha Are you waiting for their reply which they not gonna do? Time to think and change to other network providers.. I shifted to JIO @JioCare and what's the point if you are unable to get the service you pay for, I feel you should upgrade to Jio
