It has been more than tow weeks. It is not users problem, tower has some technical problem, maybe battery or something else. Jitni cold badhti hai network aur kharab hota jata hai.

When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. Atleast our money will not waste.

Unfortunately, service failed again, raised a complaint on 27 August SR00003F780R. It is still pending your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

No proper network for calling you can says weak network so that's internet is also not working. Many of users port there no in others telecom. I'm using others service providers hot spot so that's can send you msg.
