@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fibre is Worst internet service provider. Installed a fibre connection 5 days back and it's keep disconnecting around 20 times a day. No resolution provided from customer service after multiple followups.

@JioCare @JioCare I am not concerned about Netflix, I have issue with prime. I have been continuously recharging with minimum 999 plan without any gap and suddenly since my past 2 recharges my Amazon Prime benefit is not getting redeemed. Though it was visible at the time of recharging.

@JioCare @jagograhakjago Why there is no dedicated jio fiber helpline and no option in the app to log a complaint? Every 5 mins the connection get disconnected and not able to call any service engineer to resolve the issue. Jio fiber sucks.
