    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @JioCare I called Your 198 number and made talk with your representative about jio 4G worst speed in ahmedabad, He gave me funny answer that simultaneously othe using jio network so speed is too slow. Mean all other ntwrk have special separate tower for every user. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I switched to jio postpaid with a family plan. Now i want to add a family member who already has a prepaid jio number. On the manage plan it says i cant add prepaid number. So can you help me to convert that other prepaid to postpaid without any extra charges
