My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

@JioCare Hi I'm on iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.2 installed. 5G is still not activated on my number. I've not received the Jio 5G welcome offer invite. 5G works on my phone if I insert another number Sim of Jio with 5G activated but doesn't work on my Sim.

@vinaykrsinghal @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance has always been like this. Since the Dhirubhai phone days. Thats why i always avoided it being anything primary in my life. However bad Airtel may be, the customer service is far superior to Jio.
