@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

Pathetic services by Jio.I have opted for 150 mbs fiber recharge plan but they the done the recharge for 300 Mbps plan and charged my accordingly .What a new way they have introduced for looting the customer. Downgrade my plan to 150mbps Asap @PMOIndia @PIB_India @reliancejio

I am not able to use my cell number, as the service request which should be closed in 4 hrs as per @JioCare, has not been closed till now. Not sure aim is to add customers or reduce customers. Service request -SR00001EAWET. I hope @airtelindia will learn how to reduce customers.

@utsavtechie @airtelindia @reliancejio I am belong to tyre 3 city . I am 2 year jio user . In that 2 year I am facing too much of problems. Also speed is 300-500kbps . Now I switch to Airtel it is crezy fast I got 60mbps speed min. But upload is 500kbps . Need to improve that .

@JioCare I don't see any change in my network speed, I don't even getting otps to my mobile,until I come out , wow what a customer care , from last 6 months I have been complaining nothing changed.... When I first got the issue ,I thought they will solve it and took 1 year jio plan.
