    @JioCare what a service We thought of putting Jio connection at out house The executive took 1500rs and never showed up, not with the wires, no nothing. Wow!!!

    @JioCare One thing I noticed with Jio Fiber is that the public IP address is not reachable from outside, NAT / Port Forwarding / Jio Firewall, It's not an issue for normal users but if you are planning to host a server that should be reachable from outside it's not going to work.

    @JioCare MyJio is not working properly. Its been more than a week. While trying to login, it says cant process request to generate OTP

    @JioCare They contacted us and every time they told us that we will setup in 4-5 days but they never came is there any responsible person Or any helpline number for that

    @JioCare Yogesh , I had returned that router in proper condition also I had used that router only for a month , so there is no chance that the device will be in bad condition. Also I had been following up for 18 months which this is getting communicated now.

    @reliancejio my network of jio simcard is not showing volte don't know why, I did a recharge to extend the validity but still no use.

    @JioCare Jio network is super slow right now, i can't even watch youtube videos in 240p, please look into it.
