    @JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio My jio net is not working since 3 days I tried to mob. switch off & on but the speed is in kbps. I think jio is now getting worst. Jab se Lockdown corfew laga h, pareshan ho gye h, MB khtm hi ni hota, #jionet #JioCare #jiocomplaint

    First buffering started and when it stopped not a clear view of any video is feasible. Rather everything is blurred. Now my question is I want to discontinue with this kind of customer service immediately as it's harrassing me mentally. @JioCare #poorservice

    We are facing 5g network issue in Dwarka sector8 Delhi. Most of the time 5g network not working properly and not fetch properly in our area. @JioCare pls check and look into this matter. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing bad internet, bad voice calls. Speed is below 1 MBPS in my area, and voice calls keep on breaking/crackling sound etc, and sometimes the other side is inaudible due to poor network coverage. Please fix. Would like to discuss more on call

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am a Jio prepaid customer. I relocated to Singapore and gave SIM card to my father for his usage. He is 71 years old. He lost his mobile 2 wks ago in Chennai. I am in Singapore trying to get a replacement SIM. @JioCare unable 2 resolve. Urgent help needed.
