    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio My jio net is not working since 3 days I tried to mob. switch off & on but the speed is in kbps. I think jio is now getting worst. Jab se Lockdown corfew laga h, pareshan ho gye h, MB khtm hi ni hota, #jionet #JioCare #jiocomplaint

    Network is full but internet is not working from last 3 days. But others provider internet is working properly with high speed. Do something to provide me the full bandwidth. My recharge got wasted. @JioCare @reliancejio

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.

    Dear @TRAI, why doesn’t @reliancejio address old complaints? Instead, whenever an update is requested, they register a new complaint with a new date. I guess rules aren’t for everyone, if there are any. #jioscam

In your response, you mentioned that building walls affect the coverage and that the phone will switch to 5G wherever available.
