    @JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

    @JioCare @SaraswatRuchir @JioCare - Anuja, there has been no response to my tweets and DMs since yesterday. No internet since 24 hours. Jio App and Toll free number is not responding. Kindly respond!? How sad it is that this is how a customer has to reach out to get a complaint registered!?

    @RVCJ_FB The worst thing about @reliancejio is that I was paying for Amazon prime last 6 months in my postpaid plan but wasn't able to get the benefits of it. I don't know why they are doing this. I will be going to port my both numbers to another network in the upcoming month.

    @JioCare trying to reach customer care but not able to everytime after holding 15-20mins call got disconnected everhtime. My broadband connection is down and there is no way to put request for this. Could you plz help me out.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's second day today without internet, you chat advisors are not online, call advisors are hard to reach with struggle over ivr. How can I raise a ticket to get my issue resolved. @TRAI plz intervene, we should be able to raise a complaint atleast!
