@JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio My jio net is not working since 3 days I tried to mob. switch off & on but the speed is in kbps. I think jio is now getting worst. Jab se Lockdown corfew laga h, pareshan ho gye h, MB khtm hi ni hota, #jionet #JioCare #jiocomplaint

Everytime someone faces service issue: Nobody - we will try to fix that @reliancejio - buy more services from us or disconnect and loose money. Horrible and pathetic. (5/5)

@JioCare Pls solve our problems we are facing lot of problems for internet connection there is network strength but poor internet connection.We College students living on hostel were suffering for that, Install an tower near by if possible Address :- COA, Kyrdermkulai, Meghalaya

@JioCare I don't have to inform any further information to this worst service provider, since one week I'm suffering and hampering my job due to jio fiber. The cancelation is still pending and the customer care idiots wants me to wait another 5days for device pick up and post that 14 days

@JioCare jio fiber outage for over 24 hours in the area. Is Jio serious in resolving, or just sending sms. Reliance needs to understand tech services is nor like selling petrol or groceries, totally unacceptable attitude. Improve or perish. Choice is yours

@JioCare I have travelled to Cyprus in Europe.And I have activated IR,Isd and much more recharge.But I could not got any network from jio.I am not able to call to anyone with this as I also need OTP for transaction.I have given many complaint to jio and it did not solve anything.

@JioCare refund all money to public. This means my money will be wasted which has recharged your Jio number! If you can't give network then don't even take money from customers! This is cheating, take money, don't give service! You register my complaint and let me know!
