    @JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

    @JioCare The JIO network has gone down drastically in Tq-MAHAGAV District-YAVATMAL Pin Code-445015 Maharshtra for last 15 days, No range at all ,all the towers are down .Pl look into it URGENTLY

    @reliancejio Very poor customer support, my connection not working since yesterday and I raised a Service Request at 4:30 PM. Despite Jio TAT No engineer visited and I called Customer Support thrice and surprisingly every time they told that I put on hold the visit.

    @JioCare you don’t reply to dms and even if you do, you have irrelevant messages, why do you do this?. You ask for DM and let the matter stay in DM till the user gets exhausted and visit your store, disturb your users we will leave one day. POOR SUPPORT TEAM.
