    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio My jio net is not working since 3 days I tried to mob. switch off & on but the speed is in kbps. I think jio is now getting worst. Jab se Lockdown corfew laga h, pareshan ho gye h, MB khtm hi ni hota, #jionet #JioCare #jiocomplaint

    @JioCare I placed a request to port my number. One service agent came took the money and told that it would be done within three days. It's been three days nothing happened. No ways to reach your customer care. Who will resolve my issue. Service agent is not responding

    @JioCare @reliancejio Again ur jio person is calling & saying that with bill its going to cost 700 & without bill 600/- which I am not understanding where as ur customer care is clearly saying it will 599 inclusive of gst...is this some kind of scam can u plz clear jio

    @JioCare Sir/Madam, There is no after sales service from Jio fiber team. Since Aug'21, I am continuously trying to contact Jio representative as I am facing issues of low speed and landline connection for my no. 912653589249. But there is no response. Please help to resolve.
