No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Before that it was working normal, so I think because of restoration my line got cut. Hope it’s easy for you to understand my situation now @JioCare @reliancejio
