@JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

@JioCare Terribly disappointed with the service. Booked a Jio Fiber connection yesterday and your field staff promised installation today. No one turned up and the text that we received says it'll happen by 27th. WFH is difficult and immediate intervention would help us immensely

@JioCare @eyemansi Hllo Jio I live at BIHAR in a Small village, but where i am live Here's no Jio towers and I faced problem to use Jio Internet and Calling. And your 200 Coustomer in my neighbor who use Jio. So They are Converted to Airtel you know because Where I am live Here's New Airtel Tower.
