@JioCare I have purchased a jiophone on 4/4/2021from jio retailer. I get some issue after 6month i go to jio point and replace jiophone but the jiopoint employee didn't entry the complain and replacephone.MyIMEI-357606534025021Replace IMEI-352912700010960 mob-7322055149.

Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

The worst customer care company. @reliancejio @JioCare After what feels like a lifetime of waiting to speak to a customer care executive, the call drops. Upon complaining about absolutely no internet connectivity, y’all say “it’s probably temporary.
