    Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    .@reliancejio one of the worst cellular operator in India. Name 4g and works not even 2g in Samastipur, Bihar. Complained so many times but situation as it is. Do the needful asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever, unable to generate UPC code for porting to other circle. Trying to call customer care and Store, nobody knows what to do, continuously paying in one or other way to Jio by way of useless resolutions. @TRAI UPC restricted by JIO.

    @JioCare Why is there a network disruption in my area almost every 15 days? And why can't I speak to a real support agent? Every time I call customer care, your automated voice just says "there is a disruption in your area" and that's it. No updates, no ETA, no human support.

    Hi @reliancejio, My WiFi is facing connectivity issue since 13th June, we raised the ticket on 14th and since then we have complained multiple times in Jio Customer Care, but still we have not received any confirmation related to engineer visit.
