    @JioCare Got a call yesterday.. customer care person again said service person will collect the modem and set top box.. again explained the whole problem.. he said he ill write remarks for my complaint.. now i got problem resolved message from jiocare..What a unsolved loop it is.Hatsoff

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working and my jio app is also not working. All customer care number is not working. Jio fiber is active on number 8471870727. Jio number 7883562447. Neither the internet is working nor TV from 6 hour. Do the needful ASAP

    @Rambo27AB @reliancejio @JioCare Buddy I think that u don't have a 5g tower around u and ur phone is working on non stand alone 5g network. Download the app called network monster to check is there any 5g tower around u.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I tried 7 times to reach out to customer care but as it says they are connecting to execute, the call automaticall disconnects. Since last 10 days we are facing difficulty using the internet and even mobile network goes off. No call no sms. Worst service.

    @reliancejio is cheating its customers. I renewed my jio fiber under the 1+1 offer but at the end of 30 days they have not activated the +1 and I am being told to contact a no which is of no help at all. Terrible customer care.

    Calls are automatically disconnecting during calls, even though trying to call customer care @reliancejio @JioCare try to resolve this issue.
