@reliancejio it is more then 5 days now still you need time to sort out relocation from 3rdfloor to grnd floor of same building.really it is keenly done by entirely field team & call center personnel all worthless promises & excuses are been given it is big scrapped service..

@JioCare I think that your Customer support is the poorest I have ever seen till date. Your technical team is totally clueless and except for changing the Modem everytime I complain, they know nothing. My problem remains unsolved since last one year. Pathetic service.
