It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio kindly give the solution of my problem or give me permission to PORT my jio retailer demo sim to change in Other company... Even your retailer help desk didn't taking calls...what a bluff you are

@JioCare Hi Jio as you know M with you jio for 5 years now and online Web it's shows my oprator is Vodafone ! Today I call Vodafone customer care and my call was connected to agent and say's it is prepaid number of Vodafone. Again tried calling it's not connecting now. Please investigate

@JioCare my number has been disconnected without any prior notice. Upon raising concerns neither the store nor the customer care is raising complain or helping. I have used this number for 14 years,had ported to jio in 2018/2019 with all valid documents. Please do the needful.
