It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

Amazing service by @reliancejio @JioCare . Few days back was looking for a duplicate sim but couldn't find it, but their customer support really helped me alot. Even thier Senior Executive from North circle called me and sorted my issue. BEST SERVICE!

@JioCare I Can't send SMS to 5676766 I am getting only a reply "service is expired". I tried to call your customer care The 1st person asked to call another no. but i was not usefull. 2nd person shut my call down. Such waste Customer service. Resolve my problem soon
