It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

@JioCare In my location we are facing so many network issues and i had try to connect with jio care on199,198 but they did not give me solution and i had complaint to jio office 2 month ago but still i am not getting solution. Location- Silent valley-2, musa road, vyara, Gujarat

5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

@JioCare I am using a Reliance Jio fiber , everything is working fine apart from the fact that i am not able to send emails using Outlook in PC, i can receive mails, but if i connect to other networks i am able to send and receive emails So please give the solution 9405577471

3. After 3 days and no engineer visit they internally marked the ticket as resolved and when i again contacted the support desk they said engineer visit will be arranged and asked for more time. @reliancejio @JioCare @_IshaAmbanis

@JioCare Very disappointing performance going on. If you call customer care then same giggled reply sir right now you are facing slow speed due to heavy usage in your area.Increased the rate of name plan on giving good facility. Same thing #happened high shop faded dish.

4. I asked for a refund and told them that i waited for 4 days already and since you guys are not able to resolve the issue why should i pay for a non existential service?? They plainly refused saying refund is not possible . @reliancejio @JioCare @_IshaAmbanis

@JioCare what is use of 4g+ when there no speed. Whenever ur 4g+ catches in phone net speed reduce drastically or to no speed. Dear @JioCare I am fedup writing this matter to u regular please fix this problem and ur free to send half bill to my address. Regards "a supportive cust
