It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

@JioCare In my location we are facing so many network issues and i had try to connect with jio care on199,198 but they did not give me solution and i had complaint to jio office 2 month ago but still i am not getting solution. Location- Silent valley-2, musa road, vyara, Gujarat

5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

@JioCare Is there a reason why your customer service is incompetent? I made a request at 12:30 to fix a malfunctioning box & an engineer wld be sent. But almost 6 hrs later, nothing has been and now being told "shortage of engineers." Really poor customer service!

I have requested a relocation to a new address and they confirm that jio fiber service is available at the new location and paid for the next 3 months plan. After 2 weeks they have replied that no service is there at new place. @JioCare please don't fool your customer for money.

@JioCare Tried it several times but nah ! Of no help ! All you’d say is that it would take time , we are raising more towers in the area for a better coverage since 5 years I’m just waiting for my plan to get over so that I can port my jio number into @Airtel_Presence !
