@JioCare Thanks for your prompt response sir, because of Airtel poor signal I’m using Jio Fibre since 2020 and I’m very much happy with that. Let me give a last chance to @airtelindia to respond if not I’ll start porting myself, my family members & entire area to JIO

@JioCare Visited jio store at dabagarden..as instructed over phone by Customer care executive..I shared the coupon code..but they started asking for further documents..I have given them original voter I'd also but they are hesitant in accepting.. please resolve

@JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

Having wasted more than 2hr in jio store. Just for the sim activation which usually take 2 min.Very slow process unactive and confused service provider. Giving network slow reason as redemption. Store is at barh @reliancejio @JioCare.

I do understand you have to pay me now hence all this delay but this doesn't looks good a brand like @reliancejio now my senior citizen parents are there and your support calls them and say they are coming but nobody comes. Do you think this is a good idea just to save some bucks
