@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

@JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

@JioCare @NetflixIndia Called up 198 multiple times but the customer care sitting is absolute rubbish. Even after mailing the screenshots of the netflix account the jio deny that I am using mobile plan. Looks like another rcom in making. Only resolution left for me is to move to @airtelindia
