@JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

@JioCare it’s been 3 days since I’ve made the complaint about the network issues and slow inter there nothing happened I’ve been facing one network bar in my area and slow Internet and nothing happened, I contacted to your executive and he told me that it woo be resolved in 5 hrs
