@JioCare Visited jio store at dabagarden..as instructed over phone by Customer care executive..I shared the coupon code..but they started asking for further documents..I have given them original voter I'd also but they are hesitant in accepting.. please resolve

@JioCare Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

@JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

@JioCare Hello. My service request number is SR000018JC14. Not resolved yet. What is the SLA? If not resolved in 24 hrs do you extend validity. Engineer visit was scheduled at 9:00 am on 26th. Then I got a message to my surprise that I have requested rescheduled, which I had not.
