@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare Same standard reply,i have mentioned 20 times that i am not able to call any number, interim it allows me to speak then again i cannot call ,while trying to call it just rings twice phone gets disconnected,in my entire life i have not seen such issue.@TRAI kindly look into this.

Dear @JioCare, complaint no. SR00001C4IZH raised yesterday. As told by customer care representative, the problem was supposed to be resolved within 24hrs. Till now no one from @JioCare has checked the prblm. kindly look into matter and resolve as soon as possible.
