I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio sorry 2 say but u need to improve drastically ur customer support services. All ur guyz @MyJio stores are rude, non-interested and indecent. Please have a feedback mechanism set asap. Major chunk of customers are switching to airtel coz they are not treated properly.

@JioCare the service of Jio 4g network at Dahisar East ashokvan rawalpada is so horrible since few years, have raised complaint few years back . I got a confirmation every six months by a SMS saying that we are looking into new towers for the coverage. Till date pathetic sevice..

Jio has the worst services. The concerned people just do not respond. The sales guys only interested in selling broadband. For complaints they just ignore your calls. This ws anticipated. Shame on @JioCare @reliancejio
