@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Your service requst number is SR00001CZ521. My jiofiber internet is having disconnection frequently. It's annoying to have such issues from such a good private company. Your sales team is strong but the service is pathetic.response awaited

@JioCare Sir, the call drop is very high in Delhi NCR circle. When the call is connected, it gets disconnected automatically or there is no sound from the other side at all. Do some solution to this. We are giving you full money for recharge.

@JioCare 12 days ago some servicemen took my remote as it wasn't working, he told me that it will be replaced by evening. I have calling him but no answer,on 13 Aug when I complained it was registered and then resolved automatically without actually solving it. Some service!

@JioCare I dont need these fake assurances!You closed the SR twice by your own discretion giving fake ETA of 120 days.A lady called me to assure that she would keep the SR open and intimate the network team to install boosters in my area but SR was closed in 10 mins after she hung up!

@JioCare thank you for providing such a pathetic service. It was my fault that I ported my number to jio from Airtel @airtelindia thanks to you also for taking money and not updating the other party… Better to switch to idea or Vodafone at least they take care of users
