@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio sucks at my college ... It has very low data speed.Please give data speed at my college ... Surampalem,Aditya Engineering College,Andhra Pradesh 533437.If you fail to provide good internet speed I may change my network .

@JioCare Don't ever post the readymade statements. Improvements may take 1-2 months but not year. And till now I was getting 1 - 2 bars but now it's no network r no signal area !!!!

I had applied for second jio fiber connection but due to some reason before installation I had to cancel it..I was provided service request numbr SR000013XZLE and was told that I will be contacted in 24 hours..I havent received any communication since then..please help @JioCare
