@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare don't you have a generator or power backup at your mobile towers? As soon as light goes, your signal vanishes like anything. Frustrated with this, I ported my Idea sim to Jio to get better connectivity but it is turning out to be a disaster.

@reliancejio @JioCare #RaiseUrIssue its more than 24hrs, Jiofiber is not working; raised SR0000152HJY-still call center is asking to wait for 24 hrs as no engineer yet assigned. Is this level of service provided? How customer gets compensated for such interrupted period? Hopeless
