  Dear @JioCare, SR00002MBBLY was raised on 05/07 for a complete service outage. It’s been 4 days with 2 postponed engineer visits. I was assured the line issue would be fixed on 06/07, but today is 09/07 & there’s still no resolution. Unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

  @JioCare pls check my jio air fiber is not working. Everytime after power goes of Air Fiber disconnect and it takes one day to come back. Pls resolve this asap.

  @JioCare It's blinking red light since 24 june anyways I am going to discontinue your service, as it's a suffering for me my family, even I will be switching my mobile numbers to other service providers, we have 6 sims and 1 jio fiber, since last 1month even jio sim is working only 4g

  @JioCare I am getting huge number of calls by some spam or I don’t know or my Jio, but Jio is failing to help me on that and annoyingly I’m getting huge number of calls every day. I’m speaking to Jio over the chat, but no response.

  @JioCare Thanks for the copy-paste reply, but unfortunately that doesn’t restore the internet. 4 days outage last week, 3 days outage this week, and still no real resolution. Amazing how @JioCare manages to fail both service and support together. @RelianceJioCare
