    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Hi! I don't use online payment method and My Jio store is accepting cash for my post paid jio fiber connection..what should I do to pay monthly bill payment? Or do I need to shift other broadband venders, where I won't face any such problem?

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ WORST SERVICES BY JIO FIBER .. THEY NEVER REFUND YOUR AMOUNT .. I HAVE CLOSED MY JIO FIBER CONNECTION ON 27 AUGUST 2021 AND NOW ITS 20MARCH 2022 STILL DID NOT GOT THE REFUND . I HAVE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES ..STILL DID NOT GOT RESOLUTION . DON'T BUY .
