    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare customer service. I’m facing issues with my Jio SIM, but there is absolutely no proper support. The call center executives have zero technical knowledge and only give scripted, robotic replies. Very pathetic experience. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare I clearly have mentioned building name and floor. If you can’t resolve issue yet then it’s ur technical failure. I will just wait till minimum retention period (2 more months) then switch to Airtel.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, I am a Jio AirFiber customer (Mob: 8148260018). I took connection on 5 March, paid ₹2,100 for installation, and recharged ₹1,060 twice. Today my plan showed expired, so I recharged ₹3,please explain why my balance/validity got exhausted so quickly?
