    The service engineer who has done the installation is also not turning up even though the jio agreement with installation engineer is first 30 days issues should be handled by them. @JioCare or #jiodoesnotcare

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio Reply publicly and share the bandwidth stealing methodology. Points to note, other broadband providers are providing at least the promised speed. And you are so arrogant to listen to your customers. At least raise a service request.

    @JioCare Done. Please check ASAP !!! Due to this issue or downtime or whatever. I've missed many important calls in past few days. And after hours, I get a text message of "you've have 1 miscall from the sender". Need resolution quickly!!!!
