    . @JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for a month to get my esim activated. Even after escalation to Appellate there is no response. I have lost one month of the service for which I had paid for. I have no option other than take this legally now.

    @iDeshnoor @JioCare Dude, they have pathetic customer service. Have myself been trying for hours to speak to an executive. Once they get your money, they dissapear.

    @JioCare Whn it’s more than 24 hrs nd there is not even a single bar netwrk in whole locality at least you shuld confirm the time taken to resolve the issue..!! Really poor service no response by ur side @JioCare
