    @JioCare @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with my connection (random switch-offs). I raised a service request on 24th April (Request ID: SR00002KPAF4), but no engineer has visited yet. Your team keeps rescheduling the appointment without any call or update. Also, no one is answering.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio Please refer order number NO0001D2OVVK. The air fibre was booked on 24 Apr 26 with assurance of installation to be completed in 24 hours. No progress has been made so far. Request cancel the order and refund booing amount with Rs 50,000 compensation.
