    @reliancejio What is the reason for the call that is coming from your side to switch off the SIM. What is the Criteria for SIM Locking? Your network is not working properly in my area so I haven't recharged since 15 days and you started pressurizing to switch off the sim.

    @JioCare Pathetic services. I have to constantly turn on and off airplane mode so that i can receive call and message. Network is going in fractions of seconds. Horrible.

    @JioCare Tnks for prompt reply. Your Team suggested to go for Airtel instead of JioFiber as Airtel can provide immediate connection @ Free & better service. JioFiber will return 1.5K cash back on disconnection. Please do let me know specific time to resolve my issue, So that I can decide

    I was using VI network for decades and sometimes facing network issues, so ported to Jio last week hoping it would be better. But now I am struggling for network and good speed. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare for such pathetic service.

    @JioCare How much time exactly you guys need to pickup the well-packed devices and process be refund? It's been ~45 days after 1st request. You might not know, there is a huge disconnect between customer care team and the team on ground. They don't even know they have to pickup devices.

    And then contradicting their own views by not being able to clear about how to service the request at a convenient time as provided on DM to @JioCare . This is an extreme hassle to the Leadership @flameoftruth @RelianceJioCare who must be aware of consumer difficulties
