@JioCare Its better to improve your network and data speed rather than excuses. Stop excuses and fix my issue asap otherwise don't take recharge amount as your service is worse than any telecom provider.

@JioCare Hi. I would like to bring this to your notice that switching off the ssid of the router in the my jio app seems to be just hiding the wifi network and not blocking/switching off. I have an EMF meter and it is picking up as hidden SSID and continues to emit wifi signals.
